Great gym. There are all the amenities. I came to Tashkent and searched for a good boxing coach for a long time. I found it in Media Sport. I go for individual training. A nice, clean gym. The equipment is all in good working order. Polite staff. I walk on 1Fit. I really like it. The only pity is that there are time limits for 1Fit. There is no access to gym classes after 6 p.m.

now, in the spring, they finally turned on the ventilation system, and it works so that it's cold in the T-shirt. I approach the thermometer - 20.5 degrees. this is a couple of degrees below the recommended rate. The result is that I caught a cold again in one workout.
The coaches don't care about the visitors in the evenings, they coach themselves and ask the visitors to back them up. They take up several simulators at the very peak hour in the evening, because they have a circular workout. wow! and what an argument: I'm also a visitor, the coach jokes.
and the coach only looks at his muscles, and in front of me, a guy who's barely 18 is lunging with a weight that he just can't lift. he bends in the lower back, in the thoracic region, makes unstable lunges. What does the coach do? He keeps pumping himself. Well, at least you're not helping, well, prevent injury. Give me some advice to lose weight. whatever
Another trick is to come up at 21:30 and tell them that the gym is closing. Hello, your schedule is until 22:00, stop rushing visitors and expelling them.

You are unlikely to do normal isolated exercises for all muscle groups, there simply isn't the right equipment.
next, you will find yourself in very cramped locker rooms, and lockers 33 and 34 are just some kind of spit in the soul: towels will be thrown through you, garbage will be thrown out, hair will be dried over you. After all, the trash can, the towel basket, and the shower room with a mirror and hairdryer are right there.
I am very disappointed with the indifference that goes on in the gym.

I work out in the gym and in the cross fit zone, (there is also a fighting zone, and there is women's time, girls are covered +, men do not enter the gym at all at this time) a place with the latest equipment and inventory, the design of the halls is created for sports, friendly staff, clean showers, always fresh towels, the bar is full of a sports pit, a nice locker room, with a key bracelet (no idiotic cards) , a pleasant contingent of visitors, people going to sports and doing it (and not selling a face, the girls will understand) I study with Diana both in the gym personally and in the cross fit zone, in the shortest possible time she brought me into the form that I had previously achieved for 3-5 months, I was lucky to work with her, she gives me crazy motivation, shows and explains the technique so that you will remember for the rest of your life, and in group classes she still fits individually, and 6 of us are going, and plowing with us, which spurs us not to relax, many girlfriends and friends who were in search of a hall moved to Medion and are happy, walking distance from the metro is a huge plus, 3 minutes to the station of Gulom, Parking in the complex itself, outside the gate and upon arrival in the block, there is where to leave the car without suffering. Oooh, I almost forgot, a nimble, stable WiFi, catching in the whole complex, well, water, costs like 3,000 (0.5) water and not 10,000 like in some places, if we are in a night club. I have never regretted the choice, I bought an annual subscription.

In the rest, ventilation is noisy, if you want perfect silence, it is not 100% for you, you can only sleep in the bedrooms there, if there are two of you, if there is a large campaign, then an uncomfortable sofa that is in the living room with fabric transitions that nothing can smooth out, it is inconvenient to sleep from the word at all. The apartments themselves are excellent, there is everything, minus that there is no balcony, the windows are purely like in the apartments of the loophole without a review. Clean, there are slippers and bathrobes, a dental kit and shower gels - for 5. The kitchen is fully equipped, but this is only in 1 apartment. We were in 5 apartments - they are not intended for recreation at all, noise, there are no outlets in the kitchen, an absolute utility room, not housing.
