I've been to this barbershop once and I think that's enough, I'll never go there again. It is not clear what she gave the money for. I'm putting a huge minus. There is no claim to a haircut, but the room in which they work there is in terrible condition. To be afraid of losing customers, you have one customer who probably constantly walks and lives next door, close for repairs and do not serve people in the room where repairs are underway.

They cut their hair anyway! I swore not to set foot again, but circumstances forced me to sign up for the 3rd time, because the hairdresser was near the house and it was necessary urgently. I went in 5 minutes before the agreed time, sat for another 20 waiting for the leisurely end of customer service under small talk about politics, business, real estate... To the simple question "how long to wait?" they mumbled something unintelligible, making it clear that they were in no hurry, and their reputation meant nothing to them.
