04.11.2024 At 17:12 I came to print photos (6 pieces) . I selected , sent and paid for it .The girl said to wait 15 minutes. At 17:28 I came to pick up the photos, a young man (with glasses) was standing in the girl's place.When asked to give me photos, the young man replied to me: "wait a minute." I stood for 2-3 minutes, I asked when I could pick it up, to which they replied: "Get in the general queue." As a result, I stood in line for 10 minutes and the young man took the photos from the table (that is, they were ready all the time and lay on his desk ) I took the photos at 17:42. I was late for all my transport and spoiled the mood for the evening.

I printed photos mostly here, the last time I was confused by the print, the photos were pale. Well, you never know. I decided to print the same ones in another place, compare them, so to speak.So it wasn't about the photos at all. They were much brighter in another place.As it should be. I shouldn't have done the printing at your place, the print quality, at least of the last photos, is simply disgusting. Wasted money!!!

I do not advise contacting this organization, they work so as not to work, I wanted to make an order for printing more than 20 mugs, I called earlier, everything will be fine when I arrived, they told me that this is a complex chemical process and they have 1 person working for this print, in the sense that they do not have enough time for this amount And I arrived 8 days before the date I needed. I asked how much can they do? at least what part, they told me they didn't have any mugs, then they explained that the master was busy. It feels like the same employee was sitting behind the wall where the girl went and refused the order in every possible way. It was just that initially it was said that there would not be enough mugs, it is then that one person does it all. In general, I went to Trinity where they made it a little more expensive for me, but in 3 days. Perhaps they have a normal service, there are as many as 3 people sitting on orders, perhaps it is more profitable for them to earn money, but as for me it is definitely not in what framework ((

I had a chance to contact this company twice to place an order. Both times turned out to be very sad. The first time we were billed for the service of 50 rubles, after which, a couple of days later, we received a call "oh, I counted you incorrectly, the total amount will be 100 rubles." My husband was trying to figure out how it turned out that the amount increased exactly twice in a couple of days, to which we never received an answer. As a result, we received fewer necessary photos for 60 rubles. Let's assume that we have "come to something average." At that moment, I just wanted to get photos faster, so this misunderstanding was not given much attention.
The most interesting thing was the second time. We needed to print some more photos. I went to the website to get acquainted with the price list and not get into an unpleasant situation again. A pop-up message appears on the website "that a 30% discount is provided when ordering printing through the application." I have installed the application, there is absolutely no information about the discount in the application itself. I decided to try to place an order. The order turned out to have a total amount without a discount, but it was possible to enter a promo code (which is also nowhere to be found). I decided to check with the staff about the terms of the promotion. I did not receive a response to messages in Viber at all (at the time of publication of the review - 4 days of complete disregard). I called the studio and got this answer to my question: "I do not have this information, I will clarify and call you back." 4 days have passed, and there is still no answer. My husband drove up to the studio to clarify. And even there, he received absolutely no information, since the employees do not know either the list of services provided or the price list at all.

Обманывают, в первый раз печатал на самоклеющейся бумаге с ламенирование и на резкой на наклейки за 7.20 р. При этом не все наклейки вырезали, пришлось резать в ручную. В этот раз нужно было напечатать в 2 раза меньше, заламенировать и нарезать, сказали что это будет стоить 25 р. Объясняя это тем что якобы нужно ещё платить за обработку, якобы она нужна для того чтобы нарезать. В прошлый раз не нужна была и все было нормально, а сейчас решили выдумать какие-то доп. Услуги.
При этом в предыдущий раз печатали на а3 формате за 7.2 р. А сейчас на а4 за 25 р.
На просьбу предоставить перечень и стоимость оказываемых услуг, молчали , а потом сказали смотрите на сайте, где ничего не сказано про нарезку и доп. Обработку.
Решил оставить отзыв на сайте, его до сих пор не опубликовали, зато остальные все положительные, все их хвалят какие они молодцы. ОБМАНЩИКИ ПО МОЕМУ МНЕНИЮ.

Хочу сказать спасибо сотрудникам этого центра)) альбомы и фото-пушечные) отдельно хотелось бы отметить работу Андрея Немирова) очень отзывчивый и понимающий фотограф, прекрасно организованна работа, в паре с девушкой очень чётко отработали фотосеты. И уличная сьемка порадовала- фото яркие, насыщеннные, много локаций и удачных кадров. А оформление альбомов- любовная любоФь 🔥🔥🔥 никто из конкурентов рядом не стоит.
В общем, спасибо огромное за вашу работу, очень профессионально все от заказа до готовности.

Хотели заказать срочный принт на одежде. Один молодой человек сказал что ждать два-три дня. Девушка сказала что наверное можно и отправила в соседнюю комнату. В соседней комнате начали грузить какой то фигнёй. На вопрос по срокам адресовала меня к какому-то оператору который где то печатает. Не получив ответа пришлось просто уйти. Сервис на цо уровне СССР
