If you want to feel like a director, then this institution is for you! The service is disgusting!! All they did was look for staff in the hall.
We celebrated a wedding the other day at the Megapolis restaurant, let's start with the fact that the Administrator and the waiter never smiled during the evening, not to mention the fact that the administrator is obliged to greet guests in a friendly manner.
The whole event was done only by the guests themselves bringing dirty dishes into the hands of the administrator and asking for a change, the same with drinks. The tables were not cleaned, the napkins ran out and they were no longer brought until the guests asked, the drinks were also changed only after asking for it. The waiter was sitting in a chair somewhere in the corner all evening, which made it difficult to find him, because he was not in sight of the hall.
The young husband and wife BROUGHT THEIR OWN DRINKS TO THE TABLE! Well, this is nonsense, of course…
In general, the work of the staff does not correspond to the quality of service! We also had to pay extra for self-service!

Hello!
We decided to celebrate your passing of all exams and graduation. The restaurant was pleased not only with its excellent cuisine, but also with exceptional service. The staff was very attentive and caring, creating a truly warm holiday atmosphere. The menu was varied, each dish was exceptionally tasty. Thanks to the Megapolis restaurant for a wonderful evening, which was an unforgettable end to our studies!

Hello. I would like better service. We were last weekend, booked a table for the company. The hall is packed to the brim, not crowded. The restaurant earns money on the number of people. The waiters can't cope, our hot food was given to the next table.. It was very unpleasant.
