The whole family only goes there to buy shoes. I like the price/quality ratio. But that's not the main thing. I have never met a more sincere staff anywhere. They will help, advise, and consult without unnecessary questions. They will help you understand the trends and not overpay. And with a smile, not from under a stick. Most of my purchases at Megatop were successful - I bought only leather shoes, because they are made of better quality and last longer. Specifically, the store at this address has terrible service. Obviously, consultants have zero motivation, because the service leaves much to be desired. Without offering any help, the consultant just followed me around and deliberately watched like a kite what I choose, then how I try on shoes. It feels disgusting. Dear managers, if this is within your competence, conduct additional training for consultants and explain how not to interfere with shopping.
