I want to tell you about my experience in the MEGATOP store. I really like this place.Every time I come, I always find good shoes for myself. The staff here is just super: everyone is so friendly and always ready to help.Therefore, I want to thank the consultants — they helped me choose a couple for so long and patiently, while being absolutely unobtrusive! It's very nice. Plus, they helped me register on the site, which also makes further purchases much easier. I will definitely come back again and recommend everyone to take a look!

Excellent service, consultants are friendly, answer questions, help with the choice. A good choice of shoes, the quality is excellent. The halls are in order, clean. All products are on the hall, it is very convenient for me with poor eyesight. You don't need to squint to see something behind the cashier's back, ask again, take a look. I'm terribly disappointed. We bought winter boots with my sister, gave 300 rubles, and they didn't even really apply for a month! The sole is gone (they are not even stitched, but stupidly glued), the skin itself is cracked. A refund is no longer possible. I will look for another store, not a foot in the mega top anymore!

A good store, pleasant and polite sellers. I was driving out of town, I didn't guess the weather, it was hot. I ran in for 10 minutes, helped pick up shoes, carried them for 3 years. Now, on occasion, I always go in, I never go without shopping. My favorite promotion is 3 for the price of 2x).

The consultants are very incompetent! When returning an item, they get very annoyed, one woman is generally hysterical! They do not know how to communicate with customers, they try to poke at the law in which they do not understand anything and do not even read what they "poke" with! The product selection is good, the shoes have become much better quality and the model range 👍 But please teach consultants how to communicate and let them learn the law before trying to show their own incompetence.

Excellent store and assortment. Forgot the store card? They will restore it! Can't find it? They will pick you up, find you, help you! The consultants are polite and careful. A special plus is for placing a TV with cartoons for children in a small pavilion. This makes it much easier for shoppers with children to choose shoes.

The tight shoes put pressure on the bone and it hurts quite a lot. And every day you have to try on a lot of models in various shoe stores in Minsk. An incredibly large amount of time is spent, actually, which is not comfortable every time. In 9 out of 10 cases, I find models that are favorable to me in Megatope. As a result, I am now searching for shoes in Megatop and it is important to save time and effort.

I highly recommend not taking shoes. After wearing it for 3 weeks, the shoes fell apart. I wanted to return the money, but it was not returned. Although the warranty is 60 days. They cite various reasons not to return the money.
