Cheap delivery to Moscow at the "super economy" tariff. For letters heavier than 100 grams, it turns out to be cheaper than sending by registered Mail. But the delivery time is much faster.
A thick A4 envelope and an address form are included in the price. When sending, they give out a copy of the form and a receipt, and accept cards. Everything is fast and polite.
I use it to send documents to the courts - they deliver (some companies refused).
Since today this is the cheapest option and checks are honestly beaten and documents are issued that can be presented to the court to confirm the shipment - I advise.
PS. I don't care about the speed of delivery, but the company also has express delivery options at a more expensive price.

I've been using delivery for years. Everything was fine!
The staff of couriers has changed. New couriers do not coordinate the delivery time with the recipient! Is this not the right approach, or is it their understanding that the recipient should wait for the courier 24/7?

Good courier service. Convenient service, good rates for sending documents. The main disadvantage is that there is no parking near the office, but you can call a courier.
