On the facades of the Children's Art School building at 3 Suvorova Street in Vitebsk, you can see a whole gallery of memorabilia to famous personalities whose fate was connected with the Vitebsk Art College. One of the boards is dedicated to the artist P.V. Maslenikov. The board was made by Minsk sculptor Pavel Luk. It depicts a portrait of the artist against the background of nature, as Pavel Maslenikov is known as a master of landscape. The ceremonial opening of the plaque took place on October 28, 2014 and was timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the birth of the National Artist of Belarus. The text on the blackboard says that the People's Artist of Belarus studied at the Vitebsk Art College from 1934 to 1938.
