My car, which I bought from Future Automotive, had an accident about 5 hours after receiving delivery. Only the headlight cover was broken in the accident and I took it to Future Automotive. In the proforma given to me after the examination, it was stated that the headlight brains should be replaced. The authorized service stated that such failures usually occur due to water leaks.
However, it is not possible for water to leak or get moisture in the vehicle. I have documents and photos to prove this whole situation. The error is said to have been received on March 3. On March 3, the ignition was not even turned on, the vehicle was standing in the closed garage. Despite this, I was told that the control box of the headlight brains needed to be completely replaced.
Future Automotive authorities, although they knew that these failures had nothing to do with the accident, refused to provide a solution under warranty. They stated that the headlight brain was excluded from the warranty coverage on the grounds that the headlight cover was broken. The 2 control boxes in the proforma must be replaced under the full warranty. However, although they clearly stated that this situation had no direct connection to the accident, they did not offer any solutions to the problem.
I have never met a company that ignores customer satisfaction so much. I am extremely disappointed by this kind of service understanding and indifference.
