I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience 🌟. I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, and much of that was thanks to the exceptional service from Albert and Gulya and the top-notch facilities available. This is the fifth time I have visited Tashkent, and this hotel turned out to be the best of all where I stayed. I was especially pleased with the SPA area, which is spacious, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
The cleaning is top-notch, the rooms are always clean, the linen is fresh, and the towels are soft and smell good. The breakfasts are simply wonderful – a large selection of dishes, high-quality products, everything is delicious and satisfying.
I will definitely come back here again! If you are looking for comfort, coziness and a high level of service, I recommend this hotel!

Excellent breakfasts, friendly staff. The rooms are great for long stays: large, comfortable, and comfortable.
I'm shooting stars for the view from the window, I'm 100% sure that the hotel was not busy during our stay, but at the same time we had a construction site in the window. With cranes working at the level of our window, noise work, and so on. At the same time, we booked 2 months in advance.
Walking around and begging for a room with a normal view for three nights is not my topic, so the assessment is appropriate. Keep in mind when booking that the location is as convenient as possible — 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the central railway station, but there is a construction site all around.
Ask for windows facing the courtyard to enjoy the view and the silence.

A large hotel. One of the advantages is the amazing aromas on all floors. Decent, fresh rooms. Good breakfasts. A good pool and a normal spa area, in which we "hung out" for a long time for two evenings. There are no restrictions on the frequency and time of visits. The only drawbacks are the distance from the center and not yet a very pleasant area around, but there are a lot of construction projects in the neighborhood and in a couple of years the area will clearly change.

A wonderful modern hotel with large rooms that even have a dressing room! The beds are large with comfortable mattresses, a large shower room with everything you need, slippers and bathrobes. Very friendly guys at the reception and the restaurant. The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything you need and even more. Also in the morning, a young man was playing an electronic (or digital) piano in the restaurant. It created a very pleasant atmosphere. There is another restaurant, but not for alcohol lovers, it is not in the hotel. In general, I really liked the hotel, I recommend it.

A decent hotel at a good price. One of the disadvantages: it is not located in the center and there is a construction site around it. There are many more advantages! Not far from the airport and taxis to anywhere in the city cost pennies compared to Moscow prices. You can't hear the construction and it doesn't bother you to sleep, sooner or later it will end. The price tag is much lower than similar international chain hotels in the center of Tashkent! Customer-oriented staff, good cleaning. One breakfast in a wonderful restaurant with live music is worth it! A wonderful spa complex with a swimming pool, saunas, a Jacuzzi bowl and a fitness bar! I sincerely recommend it!

A great, comfortable hotel with all the amenities! Combined with a swimming pool and a hammam, it is one of the best offers for price and comfort in Tashkent. It's a great place. The rooms are comfortable, the food has a local flavor, which is a pleasant surprise in a chain hotel. The only drawback was that I had to take a taxi to the center all the time. But it's not far from the airport, 10 minutes.

I thank the hotel and the staff for the high level of service. We stayed at the hotel in February 2025. I would like to mention the spacious and clean rooms with a wardrobe, and a good breakfast. On the day of departure, the hotel went to meet us and allowed a late check-out. The hotel staff is competent and friendly. When we arrive in Tashkent, we will be happy to stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights in February, everything was very pleasant. Delicious breakfasts, nice rooms, cool bass voice. The only thing is that the mattresses are a little harsh, but this is not critical. I recommend it directly, if I go to Tashkent, then here again.

It's a great hotel, I'm staying there for the second time for work. Very nice, large, comfortable rooms. Dressing room, tea set. They put water in the rooms. They clean well. The reception and the restaurant have the most customer-oriented staff. The only drawback is that now the hotel is very busy with European tourists, we had a huge group of Italians with us. Therefore, there is a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast, but the staff quickly sort it out. There are two restaurants at the restaurant. One Turkish cuisine, Winx same breakfasts. The second Lumiere, used to have breakfast in it, and it was a separate delight. It's a pity that they rescheduled it. But you can still eat in this wound. Everything is delicious, the service is very pleasant. There is no alcohol in both restaurants, as in many restaurants in Tashkent

The service is on the level. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. The deluxe rooms are large and great for business trips. It is located on the outskirts of the city, near only construction sites. But they don't interfere with the accommodation.

Nice hotel, newly built. A very spacious room with a good bed and a large bathroom, everything you need in the room is available. The cleaning is excellent, the room is clean. (stayed for 2 nights in section B) the location of the hotel was convenient for me, but it is not the center and looks like it is not the center. It is close enough to the airport for 10-15 minutes, which is very convenient for an overnight flight. I would also like to mention the staff - Gulya and Sarvar, very friendly and professional. And most importantly, the hotel has normal coffee from a normal coffee machine, which is rare in Tashkent.

Hello, today I will stay at your hotel. I really liked the hotel. The rooms were very wide and everything was clean and tidy, but the TV and air conditioning did not work in the room at night it was very hot, stuffy, dry in the room. I could not open the air conditioner to ventilate. I had to call the reception and ask for help. The night duty officer Bobur helped me a lot. He immediately turned off the air conditioner and brought me water, but said he would not be able to turn on the ventilation. The room temperature should not exceed 24-25 degrees, but it was 28-30, this affects human health and I have pressure problems. I want to ask the hotel management to solve these problems so that in the future there will be more guests in your hotel …

The hotel is generally not bad, but it is quite far from the center. It will take at least 15 minutes by taxi. A new hotel is currently being built across the street, opposite the windows. You won't be able to rest. Moreover, the work is carried out until late in the evening, almost until 23:00. There is no alcohol in the restaurant at all.

The hotel is not bad. Spacious. A huge swimming pool of 25 meters. A good sauna and hammam. The breakfasts are decent. I didn't like it- the location is very far from everything. It is impossible to take a walk in the evening. Construction, some kind of bases and the private sector. Yandex taxi saves you - for 100-200 rubles at least to the other end of Tashkent (January 2024). They don't clean very well. The room is clean, but the dishes from the restaurant stood at the door for 3 days. Whatever. There were some pieces lying around in the hamam in the evening, as well as in the morning. 17 Turkish TV channels. And 4 indistinct Russians. There's nothing to see in the room. The Internet is great. 3 stars compared to Merkur Bukhara. Heaven and earth.
