Madina, thank you! Your tip is great. What I don't understand is, do all travel agencies in Uzbekistan cooperate with this one company in Georgia? How did this become possible? My brother and I went to Georgia last spring, and now we are planning again, this time we want to go with our parents. And then I remembered about my last trip, started looking for someone to buy a tour from, and came across your comment, which I want to add. My brother and I traveled at the same time, but the most interesting thing is, through two different agencies, he from travel systems with his family, and I from Meridian. And both ended up in the hands of the same company in Georgia that you mentioned in the comment. By the way, I found their page on Yandex, judi travel, right, and there really is the man who drove his brother with his family, taking selfies. According to his brother's stories, the man does not have a drop of conscience, he always remembers an episode from some restaurant in Batumi, where this man took them. His brother invited him to dinner, and then he accidentally noticed how he was given a commission at the checkout. He still remembers it. And we were a big group, by the way, our driver and guide are not in the photo. We had two escorts, a driver who was always unhappy with everything, and a very kind but also cunning guide, whom our intellectual group of Uzbek women entrepreneurs immediately saw through. And we didn't do everything the way he wanted, which annoyed them terribly. I think the problem is not with our companies, the problem, of course, is directly related to this juditravel. The behavior of these guides does not correspond to my ideas about Georgians, and only the host country is to blame for this. Oh, how many other problems we had, there just wasn't enough space to write everything down, sometimes the wrong room, sometimes the wrong hotel, terrible confusion and confusion and lies. But our companies are responsible for this first of all to us. Therefore, this year I will go directly to Georgia, without intermediaries, and it will always be like this.

I wrote a review about a month ago, only now I noticed that Meridian World Travel has another page here, I decided to definitely add a sincere review here. When I left the first review about how we were served in Georgia, I found out a lot more details, Meridian's partners in Georgia are Judi Travel, at least that's what it says in the voucher, which I miraculously found on my phone. After more than a month, without receiving a response to my complaints from Meridian, I came across this company Judi Travel again on the Internet, and when I realized that they were the ones who met and served us, I wasn't even surprised. There are a lot of complaints about this company in Georgia, mostly from the same tourists, and the drivers, but I also got to their Yandex page, where there is also a fresh review with a photo of the company's employees, where this main one in the frame, who takes this group selfie, is Giorgi, our guide in quotes, I was shocked. I wrote about him, he drove us on our trip, he's a crook, he's not a guide, he's just a driver, he doesn't really know anything, he doesn't let his phone out of his hand while driving, it's funny for me to remember that now, he even manages to watch rils on the road. But all this can somehow be attributed to something, but what he did to us is, to put it mildly, fraud, I won't go into details, I already want to forget his name and face and everything else. So that's what you want, if Meridian cooperates with such people in Georgia, I don't believe that they don't know about it, that this Georgian company is not conscientious, to put it mildly, and they continue to cooperate anyway! Draw your own conclusions, and know from whom you should not buy something that should bring pleasure, not disappointment!

When buying a tour to Georgia, we stopped at a specific hotel, upon arrival in the country, the hotel was replaced by another, not similar, but significantly deteriorating accommodation, which Meridian employee Vladislav did not notify us beforehand. If we consider that conscientious tour operators replace the hotel with one that is equivalent in terms of conditions and location, or even the best, then we were settled on the outskirts, and not in the city center, as originally agreed.
- Before payment, we were given TWO hotels, similar in all respects, and informed that one of them would be at the discretion of the host party (it turned out that the list was non-exhaustive and consisted of 5 hotels). After paying for the tour, Vladislav dropped off a voucher with one final hotel and assured us that he had received confirmation from this hotel.
As a result, we managed to replace the hotel, although we had to run with suitcases from hotel to hotel and waste our time.
- The road from Tbilisi to Batumi actually takes 12 hours instead of the promised 6. As a result, you are not in Batumi for 4 days, but only 3.
The whole 4+4 tour is a complete deception and misleading of people. The emphasis is only on the desire to sell the tour and safely score for further support during the tour and before its end.
There were a lot of promises, in fact a lot of unforeseen circumstances and, as a result, a spoiled vacation.
I do not recommend this travel agency.
