I remembered after 30 minutes that I forgot to order the knitting wire, wrote in Viber, the answer came very quickly and after 10-15 minutes new documents were sent again. A day later, my order arrived at the place, the price of fittings and delivery from Mogilev to Gomel was pleasantly surprised. The night before, a message came that the order would arrive tomorrow from 10-00 to 12-00. In the morning, the driver contacted an hour before arrival, specified the place and time, said that he would be there in an hour and clearly delivered the order to the place. I ordered a 40/20 and 40/60 proftube on the metagrant. When ordering, I specifically asked the manager if the warehouses were covered and if there was rust on the pipes. I was told that everything was fine and without rust. But when the order was delivered to me, I was very surprised. The 40/20 professional pipe was good without rust and in oil, but the 40/60 was all rusty, as if it were stored on bare ground in the open air. The driver offered not to pick her up, but I needed her because people were hired. I had to spend money on a metal brush for the ears and time to clean the rust.
If the manager had warned about rust or made a discount on these rusty professional pipes, then everything would have been honest and I would have made my own choice whether I needed them or not, and so frankly lied.
Result. I won't buy any more here.
