Then the manager, who is slightly distant from what is happening, calls and talks about the surcharge. Although even before the first cleaning, the manager was told that the apartment was on two levels.
3. There is a similar situation with the mirror on the door.It was only the third time that they noticed her existence.
4. After each clinker, it is advisable to check everything every time. Stained glass, dust with sand on the floor and a disgruntled face of the cleaner with the phrase "so what, should I wash it?"
5. I hope that manager Ivan is the head of the company. Otherwise, it is very paradoxical to refuse regular customers because of your own mistake. I believe that the 40 rubles that he so earnestly asked to pay extra because of the mistake of his colleagues will help him sleep more peacefully.
6. In general, it turned out to be a funny disappointment.
It may be worth applying for one or two, but not on a permanent basis.
I ordered cleaning for several weeks in a row, but none of the managers bothered to offer a discounted contract.

The tiles were washed out terribly, the skirting board switches too, they didn't even try to wash the shower head from above, in general I am disappointed in your work and reviews. I also did not quite like it when the women who cleaned referred to the fact that WE did NOT say that it was necessary to clean after repairs. We paid a larger amount than we agreed on, but that's okay, it happens in recalculation.
I attached a screenshot where the cleaning company refers to FATIGUE! How is this possible?!! Seriously???
