The most terrible cafe we've ever been to! We came with a child, we wanted to have a good time, to eat As a result, we ate only more or less one pizza, this is the only thing that was cooked properly. We ordered pasta carbonara, and served noodles "wok" without warning about it! It is impossible to eat rolls at all 🤢 They are not salty, dry, just none! As a result, we were left to blame, the extreme ones remained, due to the fact that their cook's hands are growing from the wrong place The impressions were terrible! I do not recommend it at all! They left hungry. The service is at zero, instead of somehow correcting the situation with the dishes, they said, "if there is not enough salt, add it yourself" The question arises, what is the cook for then? If we can do everything ourselves!? I advise the owner of the establishment to recruit a normal, friendly staff. Good luck to you!

But today, to my complaint that there was a time difference between serving pizza and French fries for 30 minutes, I received the following response (screenshots) . The subject's opinion as a customer was not warned about delays between dishes, they gave out half of the order and only then said wait a bit. The portions were mixed up. I also made a remark that I myself had to clarify that I wanted to receive the entire order at the same time. I never received an apology for the inconvenience, poor-quality service, and the portion error. On the contrary, they made me guilty. The review to the owner of the cafe was written at the moment, in a hurry I wanted to get banal words, sorry, the conversation will be conducted, etc., and not attempts to assert myself at my expense and that I am to blame.
