There was a place to contact this store. There were 2 sellers sitting, they applied to buy a phone on credit. The seller filled in the data and sent it to the bank. Unfortunately, the refusal came. It is not known which bank sent it to, they have 3 banks there with a loan, and plus there is an installment option. According to their appearance, they don't care if you buy a phone from them or not, there is no customer orientation. Well, good-bye. It was not suggested to make an application to another bank or arrange an installment plan. Since one bank will refuse and the other may approve.It was just necessary to see this situation, that a person does not care at all. We came up and said no, he had zero emotions, we said goodbye, to which there was not even an answer. We turned to another organization, where we were offered the option that they would definitely approve, and so it turned out, we purchased the phone. And this organization needs to work with the client, then the result will be achieved!

03/22/2024 we contacted this store in order to purchase an air humidifier. we bought it, came home and poured the liquid into the humidifier. all the contents spilled onto the table, floor, and electrical appliances in the store itself, they did not offer to test the product at the very beginning. when they arrived and informed about the situation and the marriage, the consultant was very reluctant to answer questions. they refused to check the second humidifier)) (the consultants gave up on pouring water into the tank and seeing if it was leaking) the packaging of the second humidifier was significantly different from the first one. It feels like they were trying to sell a used product. It can be concluded that the consultants did not even check the product for the first time when they sold it. Then why are there consultants in this store? They left disappointed and angry. We spent time and money.

I bought Xiaomi Buds 3 headphones on the network of this seller on 07/12/2023. Everything was fine for the first 2 days, after two days the sound started to stop and disappear. I went to take it on 07/15/2023. The sellers checked everything, everything really worked with their smartphones, they convinced me that the headphones were buggy because of my phone (Samsung). The only thing they could offer me was to give them to the service center for verification, but according to them, the center will not detect problems, the problem is in my phone. Okay, I took a break to think, maybe it's really about the phone. Today, on 07/16/2023, I went shopping. All acoustic magnetic systems triggered an alarm, after a complete search of things, it turned out that the alarm was triggered on the case from the headphones. I went back to the store mi.by . The seller politely hinted that this is not a warranty case and I can not count on a refund, that the headphones cause an alarm, these are my problems, they work properly (very funny, because the inability to enter the store with headphones without talking to the guard is not what you expect from a purchase). I suggested contacting the service center. I'll wait to see what the service center says, but it's just terrible.
