I am extremely disappointed with the visit to the hairdresser and the work of Elena's master. She requested coloring to get out of pink, and the master confidently claimed that she would cope. After the first visit, there was no result at all, and after the second I got red-maroon hair. Elena said that I would need a third visit, and a few days later she wrote that it would cost an additional 100 rubles. I have already paid 220 rubles for all the manipulations, but I have not received the receipt — the master referred to a non-working terminal. This raises suspicions, because it seems that the hairdresser bypasses the tax system, which is unacceptable.
After all my complaints, Elena just blocked me and refused to fix her substandard work. The master is completely incompetent in his profession, and I definitely do not advise others to risk their time and money by turning to her.
The "salon" itself is more like a barbershop in the basement with an interior from the 2000s. They haven't even heard of the word "service" here. During the service, the master's child is sitting at the reception desk, and the administrator himself is absent. I am just shocked by this level of service and will have to spend even more money on a new master.
Anyone who finds Elena through Instagram, I strongly recommend avoiding this place!
