My nephew arrived on 13.06.2025 flight HH-707, my nephew had all the necessary documents, but on that day from 9:00 to 18:42 time now they are still not allowed by the border service of the Russian Federation, I called all the airport numbers, police wanted, border service, and some more numbers, they do not say specifically the reasons for holding for so long, in general, the Domodedovo airport staff are inadequate, all the numbers listed are not professional employees answer, they cannot answer the reasons for holding, they do not respect foreign citizens, they answered impolitely! I only had experience in the arrival side of the airport and it was midnight. The customs took a while, but there were more than 10 desks open, so they were trying to make it easier and quicker or all passengers arriving. It was easy to walk through they don't speak English but definitely get the message across. Yandex taxi service takes quick, so not a long wait and bathroom's were somewhat representative with toilet paper and kind of clean. I look forward to experiencing the departure side of the airport.
