Yesterday (16.10.24) I bought a CONCEPT Fusion hair Spray at the Mila store on Gabrovskaya. It's not the first time I've bought it, so I took it yesterday without looking. I decided to use it in the evening. but!!! There was just water in the bottle...which smelled slightly of the product....this is not the first time I use this product and I know how it should look, it should be a creamy consistency...And there was WATER!!!! I understand that it cannot be returned, there is no evidence either...I'm disappointed! Take action - advice to management, and to customers - where you can open, open and see what's inside.
