Terrible attitude towards the customer. The bonus card was archived, they told me to call the center. And they said that it was necessary to change it immediately. As a result, no bonuses were credited for the purchase. Why not immediately change and transfer bonuses?! Then why this bonus system? I'll probably give up on such stores!
