The second thing I didn't like was that I try to carefully walk around people (there were a lot of them in the room at that time), a cap is hanging on the bag, I pass by looking so as not to hurt anyone, I accidentally touch a light box of napkins from behind with the cap, as I realized, I didn't feel it, the consultant comes up and says "a woman, if you actually need to raise it," she said in a tone that sounded like she was being rude to me in 15 different languages, talk to the staff! Not for the first time! The whole mood soured😕

Convenient location. The store is standard. Today I ran into a boorish and incompetent seller. The question was simple: Where is the soap in a jar with a lid? She waved her hand somewhere. Like, look there. I went to the shelf, there was no such soap. I called the salesman. She asked again about the soap in the jar with the lid. She showed me the bottles. I started to explain that this was not what I needed. I need it in a jar like a face cream. She said there was no such thing. I asked if it was on another shelf, in another place. The seller said no. And then another customer shows me the soap that I need and which, indeed, is on another shelf. Questions: 1) why don't all types of soap stand together, 2) why doesn't the seller know the range of products in the store?
