I bought goods in the store using the bonus system "Shchodraya", at the checkout the seller did not warn me that I needed to purchase the amount in full, although I specified the amount of bonuses and asked "how much came out there", to which they replied "look in the receipt". There were also promotional items that were given to me at full cost. I raised this issue, but we still haven't resolved it . Based on the current situation, I consulted with the seller from another store, but from the same Mila chain, showed the receipt, she looked at the products, checked the barcode and confirmed that they had indeed counted the goods incorrectly.
Unfortunately, in the store where it all happened, this situation could not be resolved!
