I would like to complain about the boorish attitude! The values do not change and are constantly rude. I would like to make a separate comment to Lyudmila Lukyanenko, I have not seen such a disrespectful attitude yet! As soon as she said about the problem, she began to switch to you, the place to explain everything normally! And this phrase finished me off: "Did you count it? I want you to understand!" He talks like a relative, if I look young, it doesn't mean that I can be rude and switch to you!

Sellers do not have information and advice (they read from the packaging, no advice), the same people are rude (especially a couple of people who have been working for years ), and the choice of goods seems to be good.I would like a more polite and knowledgeable staff and not to be rude.

convenient location and a good selection of goods, there are also discounts, but the staff sometimes kills. you come to the store, look at the product (in particular at the cosmetics department) and feel like absolutely all the eyes of the cashiers are directed at your back, and God forbid you open the wrong tester, they are ready to eat you. for polite questions to help or find something, immediately rudeness or unwillingness to work, a similar situation at the checkout. I understand everything, work, get tired, there are many cases of theft, but in other stores of this chain the attitude is slightly better, politeness is answered with politeness, unlike this one. I only go because I am close to home and there is currently no delivery in the online store.

No matter how much I go into this particular store, the staff does nothing but make sure that you don't steal anything. And how to approach and help find the product — not a single employee is visible on the horizon. At the checkout, we receive the service of a half-dead cashier, who barely answers your questions about the product of interest. When you address the staff with all decency and politeness, and in response, as if I'm spoiling a shitty day for them, your mood drops. I understand that it can be a bad day, a hard day, but, again, I have visited this particular mila more than once and it is the same every time.

I go to this store only because it is located near the house. And every time I come back I'm in a bad mood. There are no complaints about the assortment and discounts, everything is fine. BUT there are huge claims against the staff working there. They never greet, do not smile, look "with disgust." When the goods are punched at the checkout, they put it next to them, behind the cash register. And you have to reach for it yourself, which is quite problematic.

It was a good store. Today, 06/15/2011, I was faced with the fact that they punched a face cream twice at the checkout.... And intentionally (apparently the cashier thought that once she scored more than 80 rubles, I would not notice). The sediment remained very unpleasant. I had to come back from home to sort it out. The girl didn't even apologize. The choice is good, the prices are good...but this incident somehow spoiled the impression. I will go, of course, but the goods must be checked and the receipt must be carefully at the checkout. I would like to draw attention to such workers and take some measures.
