Then they gave out the keys to the room. After opening the "room" we woke up abruptly: the view from the window, stated in the description as "on the patio" in reality turned out to be a view of a garbage dump, an extension (see photo). There is no daylight coming through this dump. We immediately demanded to change the room, to which we were given a card from another room in a few seconds. At the same time, approaching the reception, we heard a conversation between the girl at the reception and the maid, "what did they want, a view of the mountains?" I'm sorry, but definitely not to the landfill!
Now in order:
1. The size of the room is 10 meters at most, not stated in any way 18: there is only a bed and a bedside table in which there is a refrigerator.
2. There is a refrigerator, but it is turned off because the plug does not fit into the outlet. We call the reception again.
3. There is zero noise insulation, all conversations in the copy room are audible.
4. If you do not open the window before leaving, damp, stale air will be expected upon return. Vetilation 0.
5. Breakfast: very meager. It's hard to consider this as a breakfast, it's better not to focus on it (see photo). Breakfast should be picked up at the reception in trays and eaten in the room on the bed, since chairs, as well as a table, are not provided. Of the appliances, only spoons, forks are not provided either. For the first time in my life, I ate fried eggs, pasta, sausages with spoons. And after the only cleaning, the plates from the room were gone.
6. Cleaning: there is none at all. They don't even take out the trash. During the week of our stay, we were cleaned 1 time, and then after several reminders at the reception. As a result, we rummaged through our belongings, rummaged in the suitcase.
After the "cleaning", the duvet cover and a foot towel were missing.
The garbage was taken out every time after the reminder at the reception.
When they started to get indignant about why they didn't take out the trash in the room, the girl at the reception asked, "did you ask for your room to be cleaned?".Excuse me, but don't 3 stars provide for the fact that the room needs to be cleaned every day?
7. The bathroom door did not close (see photo). The lock is broken. No one was going to fix it.
8. After our arrival, the staff wrote to WhatsApp asking us to put 10 points on the booking. Are you serious? For the money that costs you a room and 1 point is too much.

During the stay (3 days), one day we were asked to leave the room during the daytime and bedbugs were killed during the absence. In the evening, we slept at 5C with the window open, because we had to breathe this chemistry. In the evening, the pressure of warm water was such that it was not enough to switch the watering can in the shower. Wifi works extremely poorly. Despite the fact that they were asked to make a fiscal receipt / act upon arrival, it was not done in three days, and they had to wait until the evening after departure. But what if we had already left, and without the original documents, we would have to pay for a business trip from our own account. In general, we have not seen such bad hotels for a long time, it does not deserve three stars from the word at all, this is a maximum of 1 check-in. At the same time, 64,000 tenge per room is simply not adequate for such a room and service. We will never come here again, and in general we will reconsider our attitude to the mildom network.
