I ordered it three times in this store.
The first 2 times everything was fine.
But the third time was very frustrating.
I ordered a cabinet in my store to use it as a showcase. It's been 7 days since the payment was made - I don't have a closet or information about when it will be...
In the support chat, they first said that you need to wait up to 5 days for delivery. When I wrote again, they said that the order had been handed over to the courier and I had to wait. I tried to find out exactly how long to wait, will my order be today or another day? They just started ignoring me...
It just feels like after payment, it doesn't matter what happens to my order or if it's convenient for me to pick it up.

The store is big and even has plenty to choose from, BUT!!!! There are very few consultants, you have to look for them all over the store. When you find and talk about useless searches, you are sent to look for more, but in another place. The product is sometimes located stupidly, which again does not allow you to find it quickly. There is no logic in the location of the product, from the word at all. Sections with related products may be in different parts of the store, keep this in mind before visiting, or better yet, go with a consultant right away

I was at mile Trinity today(03/28) in the morning.I wanted to make a purchase of gardening equipment.But I witnessed a very unpleasant situation. The store manager was (most likely) yelling at the entire store at the staff.I don't know what they did wrong, but I think it's unacceptable to do it in front of the visitors.The staff did not know where to go out of shame, there was a desire to come up and make a comment, but I decided to leave a review here. P.S. By the way, I bought equipment in another store, where there is an atmosphere of goodwill
