I ordered it three times in this store.
The first 2 times everything was fine.
But the third time was very frustrating.
I ordered a cabinet in my store to use it as a showcase. It's been 7 days since the payment was made - I don't have a closet or information about when it will be...
In the support chat, they first said that you need to wait up to 5 days for delivery. When I wrote again, they said that the order had been handed over to the courier and I had to wait. I tried to find out exactly how long to wait, will my order be today or another day? They just started ignoring me...
It just feels like after payment, it doesn't matter what happens to my order or if it's convenient for me to pick it up.

The store is big and even has plenty to choose from, BUT!!!! There are very few consultants, you have to look for them all over the store. When you find and talk about useless searches, you are sent to look for more, but in another place. The product is sometimes located stupidly, which again does not allow you to find it quickly. There is no logic in the location of the product, from the word at all. Sections with related products may be in different parts of the store, keep this in mind before visiting, or better yet, go with a consultant right away

A cool store, spacious, clean, a huge assortment, it was a great discovery for me that it is not necessary to run after consultants or look for them, in each department there is a counter at the bell counter, consultants come to you on a call, it is very convenient. Серьезный торговый центр. Понравилось буквально все: хорошо расположен, виден издалека, большие тоговые площади, идеальная выкладка товара, удобные проходы, кассы с нескольких сторон и высокопрфессиональные консультанты. Искал довольно редкую вещь и нашел, благодаря работникам, с которыми тепло и душевно пообщались. Такие места хочется посещать многократно.

The store is awesome! Promotional offers are especially pleasing. The lower price can only be found in China itself. But the "ordinary" price tag can "bite". The assortment is decent, the sellers are adequate. There is a lot to choose from.

In general, a good store, many items are cheaper than in the "mainland". I compared technical plumbing and dry grout. But there are paint and varnish positions where the price is 30% more than the same "mainland".
There is a bonus program, but I have not found a good and necessary one in 2 years (((
On New Year's Eve, there were very colorful expositions with decorations!

Всем привет. Неплохой супермаркет, богатый ассортимент. На некоторые группы товаров ценник приемлемый, на некоторые запредельный. Короче есть что повыбирать и где походить. Персонал вежливый если что проконсультируют. Впечатление от посещения хорошие.

Хороший магазин. Цены в сравнении с Гемой часто ниже. Консультант в лака-красочном отделе Дина Мазайло (надеюсь фамилию правильно запомнила) очень хорошо консультирует, все четко объясняет. Видно, что проходила курсы или мастер-классы специальные. Великолепно разбирается в товарах своего отдела.

Достойный строительный магазин, есть весь нужный ассортимент как повседневный, так и сезонный. Удобная зона погрузки крупных товаров. Два направления касс, можно зайти со стороны улицы и рассчитавшись на кассе пройти дальше в торговый центр

В целом выбор есть, особенно если знаешь ассортимент других строительных магазинов. Бывают хорошие акции, вроде в августе попали на - 15% на ламинат, существенная скидка на такой закупке. По персоналу конечно беда, очень редко кого-то можно выцепить, кроме инструмента, там всегда кто-то есть и этот кто-то толковый. Больше всего радует время работы, это реально удобно, если что-то с вечера закончилось, утром докупила и вперёд работать.

Ассортимент строительных, хозяйственных материалов, растений и химии впечатляет. Но цены нужно сравнивать по городу. Что-то дешевле, а что и на порядок дороже. Сервис и комфорт норм. Очередей на кассах практически нету!

Хороший строительный магазин с большим ассортиментом товаров. Чаще всего цены ниже, чем в других строительных магазинах нашего города. Хотелось бы видеть большее количество продавцов -консультантов!)

Одно из немногих удобств этого строительного магазина это его местонахождение, так как удобно при посещении ТЦ заодно прикупить что-то для ремонта. Выбор товаров не очень большой по сравнению с другими аналогичными магазинами, цены на уровне материка, периодически проводятся акции и цены в акцию примерно такие же как в гемме без акции, что не очень радует. Персонал вежливый, стараются помочь при выборе. Были проблемы с качеством товара, процедура возврата заняла около часа, хотя в гемме эта процедура занимает 2 минуты. В целом неплохой магазин, но есть ряд недостатков которые я описал выше.

Хороший ассортимент, цены не ниже чем по городу, но и не выше. Очень удобно что всё для ремонта можно купить в одном месте. Ассортимент самый широкий из аналогичных строительных магазинов.

Больной строительный гипермаркет. Выбор достаточно разнообразен. Персонал грамотный и внимательный. Цены очень приемлемые, и зачастую дешевле чем по городу. Скидки и акции тоже есть.

Очень приятно удивлена магазином. Такого разнообразия товара ещё не видела. Все систематизировано, имеется кнопка вызова консультанта, просторно и красиво. Спасибо.

Строительный супермаркет. Есть все необходимое для дома, строительства. Шаговая доступность для микрорайона Вишневец. Рядом в этом же здании большой Торговой развлекательный центр "Тринити".

Супермаркет строительных материалов. Особенно стоит отметить консультантов, которые с радостью помогут советом в выборе и проконсультируют. Есть всё как для стройки, так для доча, дачи и сада.

Выбор очень небольшой.Продавцов- консультантов ещё надо выловить, чтобы что-то узнать или уточнить,в пару отделах только находятся на своих местах.Клей для плитки,правда,здесь покупал по очень хорошей цене.Как магазин,который находится недалеко от моего дома,если необходимо что-то купить простое,особо не заморачиваясь,пойдёт.Ну, если бывают скидки на некоторые товары,тоже хорошо,

К сожелению столкнулся с такой ситуацией : прождал минут 20 чтобы продавец-консультант соизволил ко мне подойти в отдел сантехники, а когда подошла не совсем корректно со мной общалась ...но сам магазин не плох

Огромный магазин с огромным ассортиментом товаров! Очень удобно походить посмотреть, а также потрогать интересующий товар! Персонал вежливый! Периодически проходят акции и скидки, но всё равно данный магазин остаётся на мой взгляд самым дорогим в городе!
