I love the Millennium. I can safely say that the best area of the city. All the sights of the city are within walking distance. Nearby there is an alley, a park, a square where we walk every day. The theater and the museum are a 2-minute walk away. The house itself is a little tired, but the commandant Gulmira and his staff are trying to do better. Then he will plant flowers, then he will refine the football field. The safest area. The embassies of the USA, China, Beoarust, the UAE, South Korea, and Uzbekistan are nearby. . There are disadvantages, but the advantages outweigh them.

Nearby there is a theater, a square for walking for adults and children, coffee shops, restaurants, shops, beauty studios and medical organizations. The sound insulation is poor, you can hear every step, the water pressure wants the best.
We drove into the apartment, and there is not one outlet in the quart that does not work, we called a local electrician, fixed a couple, the rest could not.
Barriers were erected on all sides, it is not convenient to bring something, it is not convenient to take it away, the concierge does not have access, only some kind of card that needs to be bought. What for? For a few seconds!
The only plus is that there are large shops nearby (Dione, magnum, resin)

An excellent residential complex consisting of 5 houses, each with about 20 floors. Comfort class houses. A very cozy courtyard, a huge playground with a bunch of units for children. The playground is fenced, which protects children from cars. There is a lot of space for car parks, there is a surface parking. The house itself is very warm. In winter, we do not freeze at all) the complex has 3 grocery stores, 1 minimarket, dentistry, 2 beauty salons, a bakery, a household goods store, a cafe, a coffee shop, two kindergartens, two sewing salons, 2 restaurants, 1 butcher shop, a language school. Each house consists of one entrance, which has a concierge. The entrances are cozy, large, and comfortable. Video surveillance is everywhere, there is not enough security for all the beauty. I am happy with the house, I live for myself and do not grieve)
