We visited a restaurant with friends on 01/24/2025 - an atmospheric, peaceful place - Orlovskaya 18.
Original barbecue serving, with a spark.
The fish is awesome, the meat is delicious, does not taste bitter, does not smoke. The grilled champignons were delicious!
Alcohol prices are affordable, lower than in other establishments.
The music is diverse (probably from the 60s to the present day) - it didn't bother me at first.
Unfortunately, there were no young people there. All persons are of a respectable age.
The dance floor is large enough for a restaurant, there are plenty of seats, and the sofas are comfortable.
Great vocalist!
Now about the cons..
- For some reason, ONE girl is a waiter for the entire restaurant, for all tables, and so on..
- The music "screams" so that you can't hear anything at all, even if you're sitting close to each other.
- The WARDROBE is a problem, I hung it up for myself, I went to pick it up myself
- It was unclear about the time. The website says they work until 02:00, it turned out to be until 23:00, it's unclear, I had to catch up the evening elsewhere
Will I ever return to this restaurant? Definitely yes! No matter what
But small disadvantages need to be removed, as well as a wonderful place for relaxing leisure, without problems and unnecessary fuss, as it usually happens.

The kitchen is on top, and the pork rib kebab is just WOW🔥It's a great place, the service is excellent!!!! Before you know it, the used napkins and emptied plates have already been removed. The interior is for an amateur, all the walls are hung with photos from the movie "Mimino". A doorman in a flight uniform, with whom the tipsy public likes to take pictures, especially the weaker sex. If you want to talk with your partner at dinner or spend the evening alone, talk with friends you haven't seen for a long time, then this is not the place for you. Music is based on the principle: the louder the better. How the glass won't fly out. Those sitting next to each other do not hear each other, let alone those sitting opposite. It's a terrible place!!! A friend was booking a table for her birthday. We arrived at 18 Orlovskaya Street, it's dark, it's closed, there's a piece of paper hanging on the door "We moved in." IT TURNED OUT THAT THE RESTAURANT MOVED A WEEK AGO TO KIROVA, 13, AND NO ONE EVEN THOUGHT IT NECESSARY TO WARN ABOUT IT WHEN BOOKING!! MOREOVER, THE OLD ADDRESS IS INDICATED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND ON THEIR INSTAGRAM!!
Since my friend used to love this restaurant for their cuisine, so we decided to go to it anyway. We arrived at a new address, and they tell us - there is no reservation, you did not sign up... There was no question of apologizing for not warning about the change of address. When this question was asked, the Georgian administrator abruptly stopped understanding Russian. The waitress answered this question in the spirit of - What are your complaints against me personally?
Half of the items are missing from the menu.
The pork kebab is delicious, it's the only thing I liked. The pork steak is dry.
The atmosphere is like the Vernissage restaurant in its best years, and not the Vernissage disco, but the restaurant: the audience is drunken aunts 50+, and in much smaller numbers the same drunken uncles. Since the number of aunts in this lonely hearts club significantly exceeds the number of uncles, the aunts dance so incendiously to attract the attention of uncles that my eyes fell out from this vulgarity... The guards are jocks at the entrance with a lack of intelligence in their eyes... A shabby Georgian cloakroom attendant in a flight uniform, on whom drunken aunts hang themselves... Music with hits from the early 2000s, mixed with chanson... In general, it's colorful for those who want to be nostalgic for their youth, to remember how they whistled at the age of 18 in the "Vernissage", I recommend it!!!
Being in such a location in the city center, I don't think this shithole will last long. Although devoted drunken aunts of 50+ will give him some more time...

Mimino is an interesting place. Overall, I really liked it. The interior is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy. Live music is fire. Food - as for me, something is very tasty for the highest score, there is an average, there are not very good dishes, here already as someone likes. But if you evaluate the kitchen as a whole from yourself, it is 4.7 solid. The food is excellent, there are no complaints about the staff.
Would I come back again? Yes!

If you go to a Georgian restaurant to eat shish kebab, then you will not succeed. They just don't make it there.
We booked the table in advance, then, due to the circumstances, we postponed the reservation and no one bothered to inform us that they do not cook dishes on the grill. Then, as it turned out, they are prepared, but by pre-order.How is that even possible? The waiter-girl, when we asked what to order instead of dishes on the grill, replied: "why don't you have enough meat dishes? "
The audience is 50+, the music is the same.We didn't manage to dance either.The khachapuri and salad were delicious, and that's where all the delights of this place end.
Guys, if you advertise your place everywhere, then be kind, at least warn that there are no dishes on the grill.

I visited the Mimino Cafe as part of a corporate event. The music started at 21.00 and ended around 23.30. several times the musicians took a break. Georgian music was played, and there were modern songs. But it seemed a little boring to me. Due to the fact that there are residential buildings nearby, it does not work out.
The waiters did not forget about us, they brought and brought food. There was a lot of it. Khinkali is very sharp.
The ceilings are very low, and when people go out on the dance floor, it gets very stuffy. I didn't understand if there was an air conditioner there.
I think you can only come to dinner there.

We celebrated a corporate event on 22.12.
To be honest, almost the entire team did not like this institution. For food, snacks are very small portions, not varied. Meat slicing on a plate-3 pieces of chicken roll, 3 boiled pork, 3 boiled beef and that's it, no sausages, no polendvitsy. Vegetable plates are scanty, there is nothing to eat for the company of men. There are no side dishes for meat dishes, even corny potatoes are not served. There are only 2 types of salad, one of which is impossible to eat. There is practically no caviar on the fish plate, for some reason they put oil on it. Pickles and cheese plates are not provided. As for the meat, the most delicious thing for the evening was just a barbecue. The program is a separate disappointment, they paid like everyone else for 50 rubles per person, and they did not see the program, because they put it in a separate room from which it is inconvenient to run back and forth, the presenter is almost inaudible. There was a TV in the hall, even if the broadcast was done and the column was hung, but no. Both the presenter and the staff pretended not to hear all the comments. The music is a complete horror, the order of the song from 20 rubles, included Soviet patriotic songs, there has never been such a thing that half of the team left the corporate party at around 00.00 because it is just not very interesting and boring. Definitely, we will not choose this institution for a corporate holiday anymore!!! And we don't recommend it to you.
P.S. half of what was originally stated in the program, nothing happened. A complete disappointment and a ruined evening.
