A cozy place in the heart of the old town. The pleasant atmosphere of oriental hospitality, delicious and plentiful breakfasts were provided by the hospitable host Farukh. We occupied a small room where the shower stall hinted to us that we needed to lose weight) a comfortable mattress, daily room cleaning, a cooler in the lobby, everything corresponds to the cost of the hotel. A good mini-hotel opposite Gulhane Park and Topkapi Sultan's Palace.There are breakfasts.There is a tram stop nearby, a cafe with inexpensive, delicious food, near the sights of Sultanahmet, shops.Quiet, calm, safe, good host, ancestors came from Abkhazia.The rooms are small, there is a refrigerator, shower, iron, kettle.There is unlimited tea downstairs in the lobby, hot and cold water in the cooler.I recommend.

Great location. Near the entrance to Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace,the Cisterns are a minute walk away and Hagia Sophia with the Blue Mosque is a 5-minute walk away, the metro is 5 minutes away,the tram is nearby!
For those who come to take a walk in Istanbul, it's perfect!!!
The rooms are clean, you can see that they haven't been renovated for a long time, but everything is fine, it's warm, there are no problems with water, they clean every day. The breakfast is good!
