Very good location.Within walking distance of 3 cafes, shops, markets.There are public transport stops nearby,Buek Ipak Uoli metro station,taxi. Taxis are very cheap.The hosts Tatiana and Nina are very responsive, kind girls.They instantly solve all the issues that arise.The territory of the hotel is very beautifully decorated, there is a swimming pool. The hotel rooms are warm in winter and cool in summer.The wall thickness is about 90 cm.There are air conditioners everywhere.There is a separate kitchen where everything is there.And there is a corner in the rooms where you can drink coffee and have a snack. In short, a great hotel, great hosts.

Great place, great hosts. It's cozy and homey here. The room is clean, nothing creaks anywhere, does not jam, does not leak. The water in the pool is cool but clean. The air is cleaner than in the center. Nearby there is a supermarket, a cinema. The metro is about 15 minutes on foot. I really liked it, it's a warm place)

An overrated hotel, an old boiler passing gas with an open fire, you can at night if you forget to set your hair on fire. There are dead ants everywhere, the dog is barking, the window opens from the street, they can decide to close it themselves or open it to start complaining, the manager is rude.
From a nice pleasant courtyard and a swimming pool. In general, everything is very bad, not worth the money👎

The house is located in a great neighborhood (quiet, beautiful, up to the metro station 15min.walk). Shops, cafes, etc. are 5 minutes away on foot. Pleasant managers. Everything is clean and tidy. In fact, it's like a cottage. Thank you. Good luck to the company.

I do not recommend from the word at all!! The yard is dirty, the smell is disgusting, there are dogs in the yard who also go to need here, from which the smell is simply stinky. The cost at check-in was much higher than when booking. For 400,000 sums or a little more expensive, you can find a much more decent hotel and closer to the center, which we did. In general, we went in, looked, were horrified and left.

It's a great place. Spacious, clean room in excellent condition with good repair and furniture. Polite and helpful service. We stayed overnight in a six-room suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Everyone is accommodated. I liked everything very much. We were satisfied.
