We applied for marriage registration at 10.30 am, and at 15h there was a solemn, very beautiful ceremony (the price included music, champagne, the first dance there in the hall, the price of the question is about 5 thousand rubles)! The staff are polite. Externally, the building is very beautiful, there is a separate hall for ceremonial registration.
