I stood in line for 40 minutes to see a dermatologist, took turns, and there was a surprise. First, they checked my insurance, everything turned out to be fine with it, but they told me that I had not passed a bunch of different offices and therefore they could not accept me. They gave a whole list of offices (for reference, there are 30-40 people queuing in each of these offices.) that is, to go through all these offices, I need to spend more than one day. The question is, why is this necessary????? Why should I go through, for example, a gynecologist and many other specialists before going to a dermatologist? It just comes to an absurdity. It's funny and it's not convenient to laugh... It is unclear what the ministry thinks before adopting such rules. I doubt very much that they go to these clinics themselves. I paid for it in private clinics and went to an appointment. You paid here and you don't get an appointment. There are a lot of different reasons and excuses, just to get people and not accept them. Guys from the Ministry of Health, reconsider your Rules. It is not necessary to refer people to different doctors if it is not necessary.
