The location is gorgeous - the hotel is located on the main street, all the sights, cafes /restaurants are within walking distance, 20 m from the entrance to a large shopping center, 100 m from the metro station. Service, staff, cleanliness - excellent. But the rooms themselves are small, if not small, and the furniture is a bit old. This, of course, does not prevent you from using it (suddenly it is important for someone).

I would put 4.5, but there is no such estimate. I liked the hotel. Good location in the very center of Minsk on Independence Avenue. Good breakfasts. Nearby, within walking distance, on the other side of the avenue, there is a chain restaurant of Belarusian cuisine. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. Excellent sound insulation. Of the disadvantages, the TV remote control was not working (it was cleaned from leaking batteries for 30 minutes) for three days. Once the towels were crumpled up and placed next to the sink.

Minuses : old rooms , hard mattress, old windows do not absorb noise well , which is why rooms with city views are very noisy, it feels like you are on the road.

A great hotel in the city center. Not expensive. Everything is there. The service is decent. The beds are comfortable. I always stay there when I visit Minsk. Nearby (under the square) is a large shopping center with all the necessary shops and cafes.

A pleasant hotel with the charm of Sovkovo-Belarusian luxury. Convenient Parking, clean rooms, all bath and soap accessories. Not a modern super hotel, but just mentally. A separate van love is a 24-hour lobby bar with nostalgically delicious draft Zhiguli :)

We visited this hotel in August.
Like it:
- ideal location in the heart of the city. Within walking distance of the metro, the historical center.
- spacious room
- elevator
- the atmosphere inside the hotel
But, unfortunately, there is something to work on.:
- the minibar works only when someone is in the room, when the card is inserted into a special slot near the entrance. Then why do I need it if I can't drink cold drinks at 32 degrees upon arrival in the room. Cooling takes more than three hours
- just the most disgusting operation of the Internet on the territory of the hotel via wi-fi (there may have been problems, because this problem was encountered for two days out of five)
- the air conditioner, which, in our opinion, was working too loudly in the room
- we took an improved room, however, it turned out to be very tired
- on the third day of stay and before departure, I did not like the cleaning lady's work. Maybe another shift.
- we were by car, however, the parking card was made only for 2 out of 5 days. I had to ask this question again at the reception
In general, everything is fine, but for a 4-star hotel and the criteria are appropriate.
Breakfast was taken once according to the buffet system. Everything is like everywhere else. A good assortment of food, coffee from the coffee machine, rich juice, not yuppie.
I liked the friendly staff at the reception.
There are a lot of different shampoos in the room, there is even a shaving kit with a disposable razor and a toothbrush is carefully provided)
To sum up: in principle, I would return to this hotel, but I would try a slightly better room category

The hotel is located in the center, within walking distance from the train station. There are many different cafes nearby. Very convenient. Friendly staff, cleanliness and order, excellent sound insulation, no one interferes. Excellent hotel of European quality.

We were satisfied with the hotel. Nice staff. Excellent location: near the shopping center Stolitsa, supermarket Neighbors, within walking distance of GUM, Nemiga str., Upper town, railway station. The room has a kettle with tea set, refrigerator, bathrobes, all soap accessories. Very clean. We will definitely come back here again. We didn't take breakfast

There was a small problem when checking in. The girl at the reception, Sofia, coped with the task perfectly. Thanks!

Good evening, I liked it well, just everything! This hotel is located in the very center of the capital, there is no central place, 10 minutes walk to the train station and metro. Near the Capital shopping center and around the corner there is a Neighbors store. the single standard room has a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, all the soap accessories in the room are everything you need , that's just the reception, as it seemed, is not very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, hearty and varied! In general, I recommend it

A very nice hotel in the very center of Minsk. Nearby (50 meters) is the entrance to the underground shopping center. The room has everything. Good breakfasts. At the entrance to the hotel, a uniformed doorman helps to bring in the luggage (you take it out yourself), opens the door, it's nice. I did not like one moment - the subway, you can hear when the trains pass. It's okay during the day, but at night and raano in the morning ... 😡

The hotel is good and decent. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I liked everything EXCEPT ONE THING: we checked in on my birthday, in the evening at 18.00. There was no compliment from the hotel. This is, to be honest, very strange. All hotels, regardless of the level and category, always make a compliment. This is a huge fat minus .
The location is great, the railway station is nearby (we took a taxi in the morning for 4 minutes) .
All the sights are also nearby. In general, the central part of Minsk is not as large and diverse as in other capitals. You can spend more than 3 hours on a sightseeing walking tour, excluding visits to museums.
The room has everything you need (slippers, bathrobes, all toiletries, sewing kit, shoe sponge)
The mini bar is paid, the prices are quite adequate, they were not used, but they paid attention.
The room had a balcony , which I also consider a plus.
The breakfasts are good, not super of course, but for 5. There is freshly squeezed orange juice, steamed vegetables from side dishes, buckwheat (Rice), chicken cutlets, smoked sausages. Meat, cheese, vegetable, fruit slicing (3-4 types)
There is mayonnaise in individual packaging, which is extremely rare!!!
Tea in the assortment, a coffee machine (I do not drink coffee, I do not know about the quality of drinks).
There are several types of desserts, but the assortment is not huge (we have not tried it).
In general, the restaurant is very beautiful with white tones with luxurious chandeliers, in the evening they most likely play the piano (they were not at dinners).

The refrigerator rattled all night, tried to turn it off, it flowed and treacherously dripped onto the laminate with an echo in the night))) you can't hear the trains, but it would probably be better if you could hear the trains, and not the rattling refrigerator. I stayed at this hotel for the first time on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, the hands have only reached now, but the emotions are still fresh. Wonderful location, excellent rooms for its price category. We did not take breakfast, because there is a grocery store in 2 minutes, but I am sure that everything is on top there.

We were in September.
The air conditioning in the room does not work, only the smell of the swamp. I told the maid, nothing. He said at the reception, got a reprimand, like, you should tell them, not the maid. But they didn't do anything. The windows overlook the avenue, if you open it, it's noisy.
The floor lamp switch is on the cord behind the bedside table. And to turn on the phone for charging, the floor lamp must be unplugged from the socket. Comfortable.
Everything else is fine. Cleanliness, cleaning. Excellent breakfasts. The kitchen is generally good.
The fourth star of the hotel is for the name, apparently.
And yet, all tours start from other hotels. So, if you are going to Minsk to take a look, then take this into account.

We stayed in the hotel for more than 2 weeks! Everything is more or less normal, breakfast, cleaning, room, location is good. But there were 2 big no. On the 180cm wide bed there is a bad mattress, sagged, a small mattress pad was put on top, but it does not save. It is difficult to sleep, the pillows are not soft. And the most important thing, however, is that the windows that overlook the courtyard have a terrible noise of large air conditioners under the windows. There are no conventional air conditioners inside the rooms, in the hotel it is built into the wall. Therefore, there are huge loud fans on the street under the windows, or I don't know exactly what they are called. They make noise all the time, we were on the 5th floor, it was noisy, and then what about the lower floors.

Convenient location. The rooms are not the first freshness, but everything is clean and tidy. First, they gave me a room with a non-working air conditioner. After the request, the number was changed. Several teams worked at the reception. One of them was clearly unfriendly, but the rest were friendly and attentive. Let's assume that retrograde mercury is to blame. The breakfasts are good. There are hearty dishes, dishes for diets and for vegetarians.
I especially liked the cheesecakes. The lobby bar has the best coffee that I came across during my 5-day stay in Minsk. I especially want to mention the guards - they are polite and courteous, ready to help even without contacting. With this in mind, it's still 5, but with a minus.
