Very convenient location, near the city center, the drama theater, the train station is a ten-minute walk away. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a variety. But there is one thing: we booked a room in your hotel for two days, from lunch on November 23 to lunch on November 25. Our plane was delayed for more than 12 hours. Accordingly, we arrived at the hotel only at 3 o'clock on the 24th. And it was still paid for 2 days, no recalculation was made to us. That's how it is.

Excellent hotel, rested for 2 nights, was greeted politely, the extra bed was put on quickly, the breakfasts were quite decent. The staff is friendly. The forgotten items were found and sent by courier to Russia (since we had already left by this time). The location is very convenient, within walking distance from the train station. There is a minibar and a kettle in the room. Everything went great! Thanks to the hotel staff.

I liked it. Security is on the level. Linen and bathrobes are clean. The bed is comfortable, there is a pillow menu. Minus one: a small bottle of water per day per person. There is no cooler anywhere. But the water is sold downstairs in the bar.

The security level is ensured due to the metal detector frame at the entrance and the guards checking large bags. There is also a spacious foyer with a table for playing table football and a restaurant). The room price includes at least breakfast. The latter deserves special praise for the variety and quality of the products. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Payment is possible with Mir cards of any bank. It is possible to rent a car and arrange tourist trips.

A respectable hotel built in the Soviet years. The standard room is small, but it has absolutely everything for comfort - a bathrobe, slippers, a rich set of bath accessories, a kettle with tea and coffee, different types of lighting.
The location is very convenient - 10 minutes on foot from the railway station, 1 minute from the Stolitsa shopping complex, within walking distance of the historical center, Nemiga shopping street.

A wonderful and comfortable hotel in the center of Minsk. I liked it very much. Good restaurant and buffet. The staff is polite.The room is comfortable, the view from the window is on Independence Avenue. Leaving the hotel, you can quickly walk to Independence Square.The metro is within walking distance.

The hotel is very conveniently located - within walking distance from both the railway station and the historical center. There are government buildings nearby, which leaves its mark - in particular, the rooms have a rather weak Wi-Fi, in the lobby and in the corridors on the floors it is much better.
Of the good and important things for me personally: blackout curtains and good sound insulation (which is especially important when the windows overlook the main avenue of the city), a comfortable mattress and pillow. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: it is better to choose a room of an improved category, because the standard is additional.There IS NO PLACE PROVIDED! Although the Yandex service.Travel issues standard numbers to choose from. Thanks a lot to the guys from the reception - they helped us to organize an additional one.a place for a 10-year-old daughter (fortunately, extra beds were available), of course, for an additional fee.the fee. Once again, the hotel has a very friendly and welcoming staff! :) In case of early check-in and late check-out, things can be left in the storage room, if culturally requested, you can change clothes there if necessary. The breakfasts are excellent, the only drawback is an unsuccessful kind of coffee, tasteless. The restaurant also has the opportunity to have a business lunch (on weekdays) for 15 BEL.rub. - there are 2 menu options to choose from. Also on the 1st floor there is an exchanger, a beauty salon, a hammam, a representative of a travel agency is present during the day, a good selection of souvenirs at reasonable prices! The hotel is located in a beautiful location, near the park, the Svisloch river, the Trinity suburb and the Upper Town (sights of Minsk). The center is within walking distance. The hotel itself is a solid three, but at the same time a buffet for a good four. There is a nice swimming pool with a transparent dome, you can catch the sun if you visit during the day. The restaurant on the 22nd floor is expensive, there is a modest lobby bar downstairs. The girls at the reception are nice, but not always friendly. Exchangers are nearby. And most importantly, there is a bakery nearby and it smells very good of bread and there is a store from them. We recommend N.N.

Very good location, close to the railway station, near public transport stops in both directions along the avenue. A normal breakfast with a variety of choices. Coffee from the coffee machine. I think the cost is a little too high (we were on holidays). There is a doorman at the entrance downstairs, but no one supports law and order on the floors (some visitors made noise in a drunken frenzy almost all night in the corridor). They will check you in exactly at 14:00 and not a minute earlier, and it does not matter whether there will be a queue at the reception, the answer is one - we prepare rooms (all at the same time????....). Overall, the impression is positive.

The registration is quite prompt. There is a small bar with nice soft leather chairs. There are not enough snacks in the bar.
The rooms are clean enough. The audibility is terrible. Towels, shower accessories, bathrobe and slippers in the room. Two pillows, the mattress is quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very hearty. You can choose different dishes.

My family and I have been traveling for about 30 years, we have been to many countries, in some 20-30 times, so we know the experience of hospitality firsthand. The three most important rules are followed and not just, but at the highest level. The classic Soviet-era hotel, in a historic building, is preserved and maintained at a high level. A family room with 3 rooms, each with a full set of everything you need, even a toilet))) The furniture is solid, really made of expensive varieties of purebred wood. Sound insulation, light dimming and so on on the status. Parking is included in the price, in the courtyard. I was a little upset with the SPA, and even then, only valuable, the room is cramped, outsourced, and those who took it on are breaking the price in earnest, even those services that they declare cannot have such a price (for three with a child 1 hour ~ 15 tr.) Breakfast in the best traditions of the hospitable fraternal people, in general, we are satisfied with everything and we will definitely return.

The location is super fire. Convenient parking both outside and inside. The view from the window is excellent if the windows are facing the street. A very tired Soviet hotel, from the interiors of the lobby and rooms to the washed robes. Not 4 stars. But the room was clean, the location of the hotel was excellent, the staff was pleasant, parking in the courtyard. Everyone has already written about the loudly working ventilation system, I confirm, the dream is like on a transatlantic flight. We didn't use the breakfasts after reading the reviews. An urgent renovation is required, or still a price adjustment.

The Minsk Hotel left a mixed impression. First, about the good things. The hotel is conveniently located, many attractions can be reached on foot, near metro and ground transport stops, from the train station, if you arrived by train, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the hotel. In the immediate vicinity there is an underground shopping center "Stolitsa", many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has good breakfasts, good business lunches and decent service in the restaurant. The rooms are ordinary, medium in size, and quite comfortable. There is a kettle, tea and coffee set is updated every day + 2 free bottles of water. There is no cooler, you fill the kettle with water from the tap. The mini bar is paid, it is located in the refrigerator. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bathing caps, toothbrushes, bathrobes. The bathtub is high, it may not be very convenient for someone to climb in. I would recommend handrails to the hotel for convenience. The Wi-Fi in our room on the 5th floor at the end of the corridor was very unstable, and the reception hall was excellent. By the way, there is an administrator in the lobby who will help you purchase excursions. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, at first everything was fine with cleaning, then we came to the room - it was not cleaned, they knocked on our door at about 18.00, stated that we had not been cleaned, we asked to throw out the garbage, that's all. The next day we arrive, it is not cleaned up again and one of the key cards that was left in the room is missing. I went to look for the maid, she said she picked her up by mistake. I drew her attention to the fact that the room was not cleaned, to which I received the answer: "why make the beds, it's already evening" (we left the hotel at 9 a.m.). They wanted to get away with it, but it turned out that the garbage in the bathroom was not thrown out and the room was not vacuumed. We went to the reception, after that we sat in the lobby for half an hour, waiting for the room to be cleaned. I think this is an unpleasant case, but a private one, I attribute it to the human factor and remove one star. Another moment - the hotel congratulates you on your birthday with a gift in the form of fruits, but only after a reminder). At least that was the case in our case. Despite the "fly in the ointment" in general, I recommend the hotel for accommodation. I would have returned to it myself.

Excellent location, very close to all the attractions. Good breakfast buffet. We stayed here from April 28 to April 30, for 25 thousand rubles. The room was a little disappointed, modestly, there were 4 scorch marks on the carpet (traces of an iron), which really spoils the look of the room. The hotel has a casino, it is small, 2 roulette tables, 2 card tables and slot machines. I liked the staff and the service.

The hotel is located in the Stalin Empire building. Everything is comfortable and the location is great. The breakfasts are decent . A big disadvantage is that the use of the spa area from 8 to 12 days is unreasonably imposed. That is, as if the stars for the spa area are assigned, but you can't use it. Only you pay extra for this service. The hamam is not included at all. The jacuzzi is generally disgusting - shallow and functionally not working . By and large , I have big Complaints about the spa area and the hours of operation for hotel guests . Otherwise , I recommend visiting the hotel . The sauna is not comfortable at all . And there will be no opportunity not to lie down and sit comfortably and relax.

The location is great! Right on the corner of the square, next to fountains, recreation areas, a supermarket and a store in the subway. The room has water, tea, coffee, a kettle, a large bed, bedside tables, a TV, and in the bathroom there is a stone sink and a large selection of hygiene products. A minibar is available for a fee. However, there are disadvantages: the bed creaks very much, the furniture looks worn out, and the corners in the bathroom do not look fresh. We did not use the service, but the hotel has a spa where guests can use the Jacuzzi or sauna. The Jacuzzi turned out to be very small, so I had to wait and then visit the sauna. The hotel also has a restaurant with buffet breakfast, but we decided not to use this service. Instead, we decided to explore various establishments in Minsk.

There were 5 days in early April. We arrived from Moscow by car. A suite room. 4th floor.
Positive:
- good location, the very center
- good expensive breakfasts, replenished immediately
- good polite staff
- table football downstairs)
- proximity to shops
- free parking
- a suite with 2 bathrooms and a Jacuzzi
- a good business lunch at lunch
- screening of arrivals, checking on the luggage belt, frame at the entrance
Cons:
- it's a bit noisy from the road, the hotel is still not a sanatorium type, you need to take this into account
- obscene remnants of a couple of people's vital activity under the mattress of the bed. We found it by accident when we were packing and checking things.
Total:
The hotel is exactly 4*, but, unfortunately, I was very upset by what I saw under the mattress, and that we slept on it, so the rating is 2 stars.
I think such things are unacceptable in the central hotel of the capital.
