We stayed at the Minsk Hotel on July 17-24, 2024. We lived in a two-room Standard room. We liked everything. The room is clean, cleaning is daily. Clean towels (7 pieces !!! in a double room). Both the reception and the maids are polite. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great! The interior is beautiful and modern, from the hall to the room. We were on New Year's holidays, the administrator works well, explained everything politely. The location is right in the city center, which is very convenient, the prices are pleasantly surprising, in Moscow you can't rent in the center for such money) I was also pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the hotel - a beautiful chocolate bar!

1. A bucket in the bathroom would be better with a pedal. Somehow, I don't want to take the lid with my hands every time.
2. Smart TV is already in use everywhere. It would be nice to put it on too.

Convenient location in the heart of the city (10 minutes walk from the railway station, 1 minute by taxi), nice clean and cozy room with a beautiful view of Independence Square.
Respectful attitude of the hotel staff. I thank the staff for their kind attitude to the guest who had to leave the room before the official time of the morning breakfast in the restaurant, and the preparation of a lunch box with him.

I wanted to stay in the very center of Minsk and in general I did not regret it - a convenient location on Independence Avenue, next to the square with the church and the underground shopping center, 10 minutes to Nemiga, the same distance to the train station. The hotel itself immediately says from the moment of check-in that it is a state property. The gloomy and stern faces of the staff, the strict refusal to extend the room for free even for 1 hour, carpets, specific tables and cabinets with the smell of antiquity and a bathroom with traces of modifications on the tiles. And of course the sockets behind the bedside tables... The restaurant and the breakfast selection are quite decent, the coffee from the machines is quite good, you can order scrambled eggs in addition to the buffet. In general, the impressions are mixed, but you can try ... and the standard room in the summer of 2023 cost about 8 thousand. rub per night. It's up to you!

The excellent location of the hotel, the city center, the main attractions are within walking distance. The room is cozy, comfortable, everything you need was present. The plumbing is in excellent condition, good water pressure in the bathroom. The window overlooked the courtyard, where there is a guest parking and a car wash, so it was quiet and peaceful. The buffet breakfast was taken separately. A good selection of dishes: porridge, pancakes, omelette, cheeses, ham, yoghurts, fruits, pastries, coffee, juices. You won't stay hungry. The hotel has a spa and a beauty salon. The service is excellent! Wi-Fi caught perfectly. Parking is free for guests, and it is guarded, under a barrier.

The "access system" is like in prison. Security at the entrance, a lock on the bar to open the deposit is requested. The sockets and lights in the room work by themselves. The room itself is a relic of the Soviet legacy, even if it was renovated. And I'm all about the luxury room. The maids are responsive, but the reception is not involved and is not interested in the comfort of the guests. They asked for an extra bed in the suite and brought an uncomfortable cot, which is impossible to sleep on. There are many more adequate options in Minsk for such money, if it were not for the inability to cancel the reservation, they would have moved out immediately.

Clean, comfortable, polite contact staff. When booking, I needed special conditions in connection with the accommodation of a person with disabilities, the staff took everything into account.
I was pleased with a decent set of cosmetics and care products, including body lotion. If it's important to someone, slippers and bathrobes are also available. All textiles are clean, not shabby. Breakfasts are expensive if you take them separately, but they are worth it, I recommend it. Surprisingly high-quality coffee beans for breakfast in the coffee machine.
The location is top-end. Walking distance to the main attractions, parks, train station.
As a bonus, there is a normal supermarket on the left in the same building, and a delicious cheburechnaya on the right.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Nearby there are metro stations and shops, cafes and pharmacies, and it is convenient to walk to all the sights in the center. The hotel is not modern, but everything is clean and has everything you need. There were interruptions with hot water, but we found a solution quickly. The only drawbacks I can say are uncomfortable beds (mattress) and pillows (completely flat), but this is individual for everyone.
Wi-Fi is working properly both in the lobby and in the room (5th floor).
They took it without power, so I won't tell you.
I recommend the hotel!

Someone was singing in the bathroom at 7 a.m., we were listening :) well, there was trouble with Wi-Fi, the post office barely opened. Clean, smells clean, nice bathroom, kettle in the room, tea, coffee and a bottle of water are brought. The mini bar is paid according to the price list. A bathrobe, slippers, and all hygiene kits are provided. There is even a mini sewing kit. Ironing boards are freely available in the corridors. A gift from the hotel is a napkin with embroidery. I didn't take breakfast.

A hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. It is comfortable inside, the service is attentive, they respond adequately to requests. The ATM in the lobby is immediately charged with change, which is very convenient. Despite the fact that there was a casino in the same building, it did not cause any inconvenience or noise.
I would like to mention the restaurant separately. A good buffet in the morning and a good menu for business lunch and in the evening. Delicious. A hall with chandeliers like in the 50s and 60s. I arrived late and at 22:00 local time there was all the menu. It's so nice to eat hot mushroom soup from a 12 hour drive. The location is optimal - in the area of 10-15 minutes on foot all the main tourist places. Yandex taxi has no problems, wi-fi is stable and pumps as it should.

A lovely, cozy hotel with spacious, clean rooms and very friendly staff.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need. A mini-bar at quite reasonable prices, although the choice is small (about 17 positions, if I'm not mistaken).
It is located in the very center of the Belarusian capital, two steps from Independence Square (in fact, the building overlooks the square with one of its facades), the Government House, the "red church" of St. Simeon and Elena, the academic buildings of the Belarusian State and Pedagogical Universities. For theater-goers, one of the best theaters in the entire post-Soviet space is located within walking distance - the Gorky National Academic Drama Theater. For connoisseurs of Italian cuisine, on the opposite side of Independence Avenue, diagonally from the main entrance to the hotel, there is the O.D.I. restaurant. In the courtyard of the hotel there is a fairly spacious parking lot, free for guests. In the morning, the hotel's restaurant serves a buffet with a very good selection of dishes: sausage and cheese cuts, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, Rich juices, omelets, pastries, tea and coffee. Delicious fried eggs are prepared on an individual order, with various additives.
In general, the hotel corresponds to its four stars, while the room rates for Russians are very acceptable.

A decent hotel in the center of Minsk. There are many attractions nearby. The staff is respectful. The bathroom and toilet are of excellent quality and size. TV with Russian programs. The parking is guarded and free of charge. I was in the winter in the most severe frosts. There was a strong wind from the window, they changed the room without any problems. Everything was normal there with warmth. I am satisfied.
