A wonderful place to relax. I stayed for 4 days and I really enjoyed it. The apartments are spacious and cozy with comfortable furniture and all necessary appliances, especially pleased with the idea of eating in the rooms, delicious dishes. I was satisfied with the recommendation!

The location is great. The service is excellent. Such a good Belarusian style, but everything is there., even a bathrobe. A one-time shaving kit even, in addition to the standard everything else.
The shower, of course, does not pull for 4 stars. The watering can does not hold in the mount, and the bathroom itself is at best 3 stars, small ones.
Everything else is very correct, the breakfast is better than in Minsk 5-star. You can find fault, of course, but a normal person has enough of everything. Ideal for a business trip.

The standard room has everything you need and even a little more) And a bathrobe for you, and slippers, and you can drink tea, and a mini-bar, and all-all bathroom accessories, a hairdryer too! The room is clean and functional. You can ask for windows to the courtyard to sleep, because the avenue is, of course, noisy. The sound insulation in the rooms is good. The staff is cute and cute) Pets are allowed - this is a huge plus!)
The location of the hotel is convenient - the center. We didn't take breakfast, we prefer to sleep. The hotel accepted the reservation by phone, and they paid on the spot with Mir cards.

In general, a pleasant hotel, there is a convenient location in every comment, the hotel has a casino if you suddenly want to part with money)) Delicious breakfasts, but dinners seemed to me absolutely not edible (3 combo options to choose from), the dishes have a very questionable taste. Being on a business trip in the evening, I felt unwell, called the reception, asked about a thermometer and any antipyretics. I didn't have the strength to get out of bed at all, but I was informed that they didn't have a first-aid kit, and they could offer an electronic thermometer at the reception, come down. For this, I take off one star.

Great view from the window. Good location, close to many attractions, railway and bus station within walking distance. Clear. Polite staff. There is a spa, it works for free in the morning for hotel customers, although I never got there. A good breakfast, the choice of food is quite large, there is even soup. The food is delicious, I liked it. The bathroom is decent, there is no smell. Good water pressure, although the shower head could not be fixed on the rod, which caused some inconvenience. There are all hygiene supplies, a bathrobe. There is no iron in the room. Good Wi-Fi.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2023.I liked everything very much.Friendly staff.The room has everything!(refrigerator,kettle,tea sets,dishes,absolutely all bathroom accessories,bathrobes,slippers), air conditioning,cat.you can adjust it yourself. Only in our room there were very creaky beds.)The hotel is very conveniently located on Independence Avenue.The old town is a 10-minute walk away.In the lobby there is a money exchange terminal and a representative of travel agencies (very convenient, you can book any tour).There is a bar in the lobby where you can have breakfast in the morning.There is also a large beautiful restaurant.The staff kindly provides assistance on absolutely all issues.

With extraneous odors , you need to ventilate well upon arrival , which we did ! In general, the whole hotel smells like either damp or smelly carpet !!!
The air conditioner is very noisy and cools poorly. The bathroom needs repair , there are a lot of chips and smeared holes from rearranging the bathroom equipment . Hygiene supplies are the bottom , it 's better to bring your own !!! DISGUSTING sagging MATTRESS AND TERRIBLE PILLOWS!!!
Wi-fi is very slow and constantly crashes. My mobile Internet was much faster!
Staff :
Slow and unwelcoming. The only friendly person was the security guard in the parking lot ( I don't know his name, he's gray-haired )- it seems that he is the only one who is happy for tourists who have come to Minsk .
Purity :
There are no questions here , they are cleaned well and in a timely manner . The only downside is that if you run out of bottled water in your room, you need to call the reception and ask for it there. The maid didn 't give it to us.
I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The first one was in 2018 . Since that time, nothing has changed in a positive way!!! But I can say with confidence that this was the last time I stayed there!!! And I will not advise him to anyone - only to dissuade him ! This is not a four in any way , but a three of medium stretch . The price does not match the services provided!!! This is not my first time in Belarus , but my sixth . There is something to compare it with !

A wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious, cozy room with a small balcony and a view of Independence Avenue. The air conditioner works well. There were all soap and soap accessories, even a dental and shaving kit. The time of stay coincided with the birthday. They brought a complement in the form of a vase of fruits, a greeting card and a notebook. Very nice! All the sights are nearby.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. We liked everything very much. The windows looked out onto the parking lot, but it didn't bother us. Clean, tidy, everything is in working order. Supplies are replenished daily. A comfortable bed with excellent linen. And what delicious cakes in the bar. I also really liked the service. Delicious coffee . On her husband's birthday, there is a bowl of fruit and a wonderful postcard. We will be in Minsk, we will definitely come back!

Gorgeous entrance, the location couldn't be better. Prompt resolution of issues and assistance from all employees. You can leave your belongings free of charge before or after check-in/check-out. A wonderful hotel! Polite staff, excellent room service, clean, beautiful rooms. The hotel has everything: two restaurants, a gym, a sauna, a lobby bar, etc. And I was pleasantly surprised by the conscientiousness of the staff. I forgot natural pearl beads at the hotel, I discovered it when I returned home a couple of days later. I called the hotel, explained the situation, the girl said that she would find out everything and call back. After 20 minutes, she called back and said that they had been found, they were lying among the lost ones. I was told that they can be sent by courier, but I live in another country. The next day, the parcel was sent, it arrived on the second day after it was sent. Everything is fine! I am immensely grateful to the hotel staff for returning something that is important to me!

The most important advantage of the hotel is its location! In the very center, near all the main tourist locations. I can't appreciate breakfast, I didn't take it. The bar is not bad. A lot of business trips. The room is small but clean, the plumbing is in good condition. Of the cons, the hotel is quite old and it can be seen (carpeting, curtains, etc.). Although, before that I stayed in the apartments and they were much older both in terms of furniture and smell, I quite admit that I will stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location in the center, close to the metro and shopping center, close to the train station. There is free parking in the courtyard of the hotel. Great breakfasts, lots and delicious. But not very responsive people work at the reception. They did not want to solve my problem at check-in in any way, only after persistent requests, reluctantly and then, only the maid got involved in the situation and helped a lot.

Very uncomfortable bed linen, the feeling that it is wet all the time. And a terrible set of cosmetics. I've probably never seen cotton swabs of this quality. They bend just in the hands. Very unsafe. Cotton pads are not clear what they are made of. The same shower gel. Probably for that kind of money, you can already somehow keep up with the times... It is impossible to change the direction of the shower head, and it would not hurt to clean it periodically

My favorite hotel in Minsk is located in the city center, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the Stolitsa shopping center. I've stayed there 8 times already. Check-in is fast, check-out is allowed at 13 o'clock. The restaurant is great! The breakfasts are great! Daily cleaning, plus replenishment of water and bath accessories.

We stayed at the hotel for one night in January 2023. We were in Minsk for the first time. The hotel has a great location in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. A pleasant bonus was the availability of free parking. Everything is very clean and cozy. The staff is polite and pleasant. We had a two-room suite. Everything in the room is good and high-quality, very clean. There are bathrobes, slippers, all toiletries, including toothpaste and a toothbrush, and a shaving kit for men. The pillow turned out to be a nightmare for me, I couldn't sleep on it. My husband was fine, no one writes about such a problem in the reviews either. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend it!

The room was on the fifth floor at the end of the corridor, with windows facing the courtyard, so it was quiet. Clean, slippers, bathrobes, cosmetics (toothbrush, shaving kit, body cream, shampoo, gel) . Tea, coffee, two bottles of water. When checking in, Belarusian amulets (napkins knitted with ornaments) lay on the table. Very pleasant. The staff is friendly, tries to help, provided us with an umbrella (it was raining when we arrived) . The room is warm, the dryer is working. We can't evaluate breakfast, we didn't order it. You can pay with the MIR card. We recommend it.
