I applied 5 times for various reasons: it doesn't start, then the engin receipt is lit, then other light bulbs are glowing, then the radio does not work, then something creaks. There is one stable answer to all questions, well, you probably pour bad gasoline. And I might even believe it, but the second car refuels from the same gas station and everything is fine. In general, I will not buy a car from them anymore and I do not advise them to get to them.

To my great regret, while the car is under warranty, we have to be serviced here. I do not know the name of the crooked-armed master who does the camber-convergence - for 4 visits he never put the steering wheel straight, he has to finish it himself in the garage. The service regularly does not have any small penny consumables available, which is why it is no longer possible to carry out separate procedures. For mysterious reasons, the body department works separately from the rest of the service, therefore, it is not possible to carry out another maintenance and at the same time treat the arches with antikor, or remove the first manifestations of rust - these are two incompatible queues, each needs to be recorded separately.
It is also sad that testing of cars for troubleshooting is not carried out, I will explain: if some kind of light bulb on the dashboard lights up regularly in your car, or the ignition system is buggy, or there is a problem with the central lock, but this is not revealed during the transfer of the car (the lamp does not light, starts with half a turn, it opens regularly/closes) - this is your problem. When returning the car, they spread their hands with the words "well, we tested it, but we didn't find anything."
In my example, after getting out of the car and slamming the driver's door, in half of the cases the Central Control unit automatically blocked the locks, only on the 4th service it was possible to catch the glitch "by the tail" and replace the unit under warranty. As soon as the warranty is over... Hey, gay - that's your problem now! already for the money.
The nuts on the wheels were loosened a couple of times, but I'm used to double-checking :)
I would like to note that the office part has changed visually for the better.
Well, a separate price list for work and consumables. From one neighbor, a Renault Duster, from the second Toyota Rav4, we bought a car with a difference of a month, we drive at about the same time. Let's compare the checks - on average, I overpay 30% more than the owner of the Toyota!!!
I'm not talking about the quality of the car itself and the resource of spare parts - I realized that I wasn't buying a Toyota, especially since this is the second Lada in a row.
