A very well planned train station, one of the Best. Warm and cosy during Winter, which makes waiting there more comfortable, by far, than in the stations of other certain european capitals. The main Cafe-Restaurant (on the third floor) has a good variety of food, including quite a few Great Vegan options, for a very good price. Also the Coffee spot on that floor, next to the doors to the waiting room, has a very goid Coffee. Good variety, of money changing spots and ATMs. There are only three things which requires improvement:
1 - The staff REALLY needs to know to speak English (I am a Language Teacher... just hinting... ;-) )
2 - There really should be more charging power-sockets for mobiles
3 - [Based upon my experience back on September 2023:] AVOID the automatic train tickets machine, as it is bound to sell you THE WRONG tickets!! Buy ONLY from human beings.

A beautiful modern railway station in Minsk: it is always clean, good infrastructure of retail outlets of products of the "on the road" type, a huge selection of flowers for those who meet and not only, flowers from BelRoz at reasonable prices are always fresh and beautiful floristry of ready-made bouquets. I often take gorliniy trains to Rudensk - always on schedule, clean and comfortable!
But the schedule in the morning from Minsk has too long an interval from 9.25 am to 12.42 pm for almost 3.5 hours, I would like to halve the interval to at least 1.5 hours. This is especially necessary for the summer season. And so our capital station is the pride of the city at the level of world standards!

It's all good. The convenient location of the station, a beautiful modern building. There are signs everywhere. The money can be exchanged either at ATMs or at exchange points. It's all clear.
Of the cons.
There are no automated storage rooms. This is not just a minus, it was directly unpleasant and I took off the star for it.
When we left Minsk, we had 4 hours of free time. Naturally, they wanted to throw the suitcase into the camera and walk around the center. But that was not the case. The luggage storage is equipped... several employees and shelves. There is a huge queue in it, bending over several times. It became clear that out of our 4 hours, 2 would be standing to hand over things and 2 to pick up.
It is very strange that there are no electronic luggage lockers for suitcases at the central station in Minsk.

A perfect combination of railway and bus station. Very convenient. There's a shopping mall right there. It's just great. It is clear that they did it for the convenience of people. Thanks a lot to the people who are in charge of this place. I recommend using the luggage storage, if you have such a need, it costs absolutely adequate money. There was a big queue in the railway station building (maybe that's how we got there). Don't be lazy to walk to the end of the bus station building. There is a separate small building. The price is the same. Just pay attention to the opening hours, whether it suits you.

A normal cozy modern train station. Good navigation, we've worked on it right now. Convenient location in the center - even on foot, even by taxi, it is convenient to get there. Clean. After the Russian railway stations, I was struck by the complete lack of inspections: I was traveling on the Minsk-Moscow swallow, going to the platform without any control, anything can be carried, no one will say a word. In general, everything has been thought out. There are convenient waiting rooms, round-the-clock cafes for snacks, a variety of shops, a pharmacy and an ATM. However, those who have a Belarusbank card will need to go to the bus station, since it is nearby, or go to the opposite side of the road to KFC. Of the disadvantages, only the luggage storage rooms, or rather the fact that there may be huge queues for baggage check-in and a little less to pick it up. Therefore, I recommend taking care to pick up your luggage in advance and not miss your train. Have an easy road and pleasant travels.
P. S. next to the railway station (on the left) there is a hotel, a 2-bed room costs about 38 rubles per day.

EVERYTHING is great in Minsk: thoughtful road junctions, clean streets and sidewalks, good-natured and hospitable residents (and not only Minsk, but the whole of Belarus as a whole!), beautiful parks and squares, numerous monuments and memorials... A clean, spacious train station with plenty of places to wait for the train, convenient escalators and courteous staff. You can trust the buns in the cafe. Sausages in the dough, for example.

We reached Minsk from Moscow by swallow in seven hours, it was comfortable to drive. The station is clean, there are small grocery stores inside where Belarusian products are exclusively available. A good and not expensive luggage storage. The station square itself is very beautiful, there is a Belarusian McDonald's Mak nearby. by, where the potatoes are exceptionally tasty, and as a seasonal dish, a potato pie. The architecture of the forecourt is very atmospheric, it sticks in the memory, it was really nice to walk around it. It is located in the city center. I advise you to visit Minsk. In the first two photos, I wanted to capture that even the manholes near the vocals are clean, new and sparkling, I have not seen this before in Russia.

The station looks very beautiful, well-maintained and modern. The cleanliness and order here is simply at the highest level! The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help and answer all questions. The navigation is simple and intuitive. The station is located in the historical center of the city. The main entrance offers a view of one of the most famous sights - the Gates of Minsk. There are 3 shopping centers within walking distance: Galileo, City Mall and the Capital. Parking is a problem, but it's not surprising. There are few seats on the ground floor, as the waiting rooms are located higher on the floors. The exchange rate is quite acceptable.

Only the pros, it's amazing, the railway station smoothly turns into an express hotel, and then the bus station, bravo, it's cool, 24-hour luggage storage, waiting room at the railway station with air conditioning, cleanliness is perfect!!!!! ...there are also four comfort points for charging gadgets - this is a bomb, a bunch of cafes and restaurants, and the toilets are a masterpiece - the purest, there is no smell. In terms of hot food such as borscht, soup, etc. it is better to go down the subway to go to the shopping center Stolitsa, they are outrageously cool and delicious food, the price tag is a penny. Also, everyone runs to the nearest Vaselka restaurant, lunch will be many times more expensive, and yes, it's sooooo noisy in Vaselka, even at the train station it's quieter)). A wonderful train station in the capital of Belarus. Immediately from the train you get into an atmosphere of friendliness and comfort. All floors and platforms can be reached by elevators or escalators. Information on trains is available on large screens, the luggage storage is conveniently located on the ground floor - I was struck by the price - 1 place is 30 Russian rubles, and in Moscow - 450 rubles! The train station is wonderful! There are no handbags on the ribbon, as in Russia. Russian railway stations have a lot to learn from Minsk. Very comfortable open environment, convenient to move around, many transfers, near the bus station. The station is really big and beautiful. There are almost no queues at the ticket offices, responsive people work. You feel safe and comfortable. I always want to use such a train station! But the Belarusian railway (BCH) works just terribly. The Minsk-Grodno train was delayed for 5 hours and 30 minutes! + parking for half an hour. We spent the whole night at the train station, unable to sleep. The conductors were rude on the train. Smartphone charging sockets and round-the-clock food stalls (in which, however, prices are 2-3 times higher than other places) were very much saved.

I would like more adequate prices for catering products, but what can you do about it - DorORS in all its glory. Nice train station, clean, there are shops, lots of ticket offices, escalators everywhere, no need to drag bags up the stairs.
Transport is convenient, the metro is right through the underground passage to the station. There are no problems getting there by taxi either.
The staff is normal, polite, not boorish.
There is some kind of food there, but I went to the shopping center nearby to eat.
There are travelators on the platforms, the platforms are wide.
There are a lot of ticket offices, I haven't seen any queues.
Parking is not up to date.
Among the disadvantages, there are no automatic storage rooms. They write that there is a very small one that we did not find once or twice, there are no empty seats, there are literally 15 boxes. In a regular storage room, there are queues of up to 20 minutes and there is a payment for each bag, even a small one, even a tied one. The price is 1.8 bel.rubles per bag per calendar day. The staff is polite.
Toilets are only paid for 1 bel. ruble. There are drawers in the toilet for the bag during the procedure.
There is a militia at the entrance periodically, but there is no inspection, which is unusual.

There are no complaints about the station itself, so 5 stars, but I had to visit the public toilet a couple of times, so half of the booths were closed there, it was not particularly cleaned. I understand that this is due to a large flow of people.If it had been without payment, I would have missed this moment, but for a fee, I was impressed. I do not recommend taking the child there.

The station is located in a very convenient location, it will take 10-15 minutes to get to any hotel by taxi. Immediately from the train, you can have a snack at McDonald's (at least something). There are no queues, security is present, which is very cool.
I just want to ask the management of the station to consider the issue of navigation, it is a little problematic to immediately figure out where to go. And a small minus is that it was not possible to find parking for a long time near the station. Only urban ones, but as a tourist it is not possible to pay for it. There will be no photos here, there are plenty of them on the Internet.
