Detached and even boorish attitude at times in the cash register of paid services. Once I tried to get to the orthopedist 3 times - only by calling the day before the visit once I found out that the doctor would not be on med.questions, the second time I came and found out that the doctor was getting married today and of course he would not be, the third time I sat in line for a long time and took another specialist altogether, because my doctor had a different record. And this is all times by appointment naturally.

She said that there are no places for the near future, she did not inform about the first available place. The girl did not specify on what date it would be convenient for me to offer an entry. I was very disappointed in the quality of service of this staff. Perhaps I will not contact this institution anymore.

The prices are low, if you do not take into account the nerves spent. Be prepared for the fact that the doctor will take without waiting in line, dental technicians will make a crown later than the deadline, no one will apologize to you and, most likely, they will forget to call back to inform you about readiness. The cherry on the cake: when I returned with restored nerves to correct the crown, they promised to do it in a couple of days. As a result, the crown was ruined and it is delayed for an unknown period.

Since the recording is conducted at the end of the month for the upcoming month and it can be very difficult to get through on the first day of recording (mobile calls are simply not answered), I sat down at the phone. I got through, I say: I have several people. The answer is: only two coupons in one hand. Well, I took the coupons for myself and my husband, I dial them again and – oh, a miracle! – I'm getting through! And now, I say, let's sign up our son. What a storm of emotions was thrown out to me in response, I cannot convey! And this despite the fact that I did not try to enroll my daughter, who also needed to get to the dentist... It is surprising that such a boorish attitude towards "payers". This is the income of the polyclinic. Or not?!

I don't like to write nasty things, but I can't keep silent!... I was in this clinic at an appointment with a prosthetist named POSTAVALOVA. They were able to make an appointment 20 days after the request. And here I am in the chair... Immediately there was an offer to install *Shunts*, an expensive pleasure, and therefore I had to refuse.... After that, interest in the patient immediately disappeared.... But that's okay... Turning to another clinic, I also started with a prosthetist, and here is the result: the entire examination and an inventory of recommendations in preparation for prosthetics that POSTAVALOVA made up for me, 1: Mixed up on the left side, on the right, i.e. on the left side described the treatment that needs to be carried out on the right and on the back.... 2: the teeth that this person described as *dead*, 2 of them turned out to be *alive*... 3: This is generally TRASH - which made me do this writing: I have a filling in one of my teeth. It looks pretty decent for a long time, but: no, no, I felt discomfort in this part of the tooth... So, this PROSTHETIST has delivered a verdict that this tooth is normal and it is not worth touching it! ... This tooth turned out to be one of the problematic ones that I managed to heal at the moment!!!! The canal was not completely filled with a seal, which caused inflammation and I felt all this when it was opened! Even the smell indicated it!!!! Conclusions should be drawn by those who are going to contact a prosthetist at this clinic! I think you should remember the last name of PASTOVALOV at least! I won't forget her anymore!!!

I really liked pulling out a tooth there)). The first time I pulled out an eight, I was scared to death. I signed up for an ultrasound removal. It's not a cheap procedure. At the same time, the surgeon persuaded him to pull out without ultrasound, because there were no indications (also 3 times cheaper than with ultrasound). Everything passed very quickly - along with the injection for 5 minutes. The office is very well equipped, the staff is sincere and does not spoil.
