I give 5 stars because I hope my case is an exception. A long time ago, there was a case of chest pain (spoiler alert, I'm officially healthy, I've passed all the checks on my heart, it just feels bad from time to time, like a panic attack but without increasing blood pressure and heart rate), I was at work within walking distance from the emergency department, I came - I say something is bad in my chest, doctors see me for the first time once, that is, I'm not some kind of stand-up. I thought at least they would take an ECG, in my opinion I am convinced that nothing panicked could be seen from the outside, I did not panic, I was not shaking, I was calm and slightly depressed, some guy came out to the doctor, asked where I live, I answered and received the answer "you need to go to the Borovlyany district hospital" and that's it ...they sent me, although there was no one in the waiting room at the time of my treatment, and it was possible to take an ECG, but most likely my young age of 24 gave them reason to assume that everything was OK with me...

We waited for 2 hours, because the nurse did not own a computer and could not find the date of planned hospitalization. They forced relatives to run around the clinic to clarify the date and code. She could solve all this with a call or the help of other medical staff. So no, she sent an old grandmother relative to run around the clinic. I sat waiting for 2 hours, although there were not many people, until I lost consciousness from the pain shock. The receptionist saw that it was bad, but no one offered any help, but even to lie down on a gurney until the documents were ready. I woke up after losing consciousness on a gurney in the department.

It so happened that my mother was taken away by an ambulance. I took her straight to the Regional Clinical Hospital. There is silence and a calm working environment in the waiting room. A traumatologist came up (apparently the ambulance informed him) and sent him for an X-ray. We rolled the camera and took pictures. Five minutes later, the traumatologist has already reported - the bones are intact! Everything is fast, without fuss. It is possible to drive up to the emergency room by car - there is a parking lot. Everything is fine! But it's better not to go to the hospital :)

Fall. Bruised arm. The time is the 10th hour of the evening. We arrived urgently. We examined it promptly, a very fast X-ray and a very adequate and good radiologist. A good doctor on duty. Very discreet and attentive. And anyway, the whole staff made a very favorable impression. The equipment is modern, the decoration is modern. In a place like this, I understand what taxes are being spent on. I wish all employees comfortable working conditions and good rewards. Respect.

I am very outraged that with pneumonia, I had to stand outside for an hour near the isolation ward (red zone) while I was admitted, I froze to horror. Although I have not confirmed covid, but ordinary pneumonia. You will not wish the enemy in what conditions you need to wait in line to get a referral to a doctor. (Red zone). Moreover, the cleanliness is terrible, neither the porch nor the territory have been sprinkled or cleaned. The horror!!!

The CT is located in another building, while the nurses bring one down the slides, then the queue accumulates. Transportation along the slides of the basement through several elevators. And if the elevator operator is lost or the elevator does not work, then do not perform the study. And for the rest, medical examinations, tests, X-rays, ultrasound, etc. it is performed well.
