Good staff, they do everything efficiently, quickly, if there are questions they will answer, if necessary they will help, the queue is electronic, I personally was around 6 pm, there are almost no people, I had to wait only for the paperwork itself

The organization of the employees' work is decent, everything looks and corresponds to the high level of the state institution. But when faced with the issue of registering a personal account on their website, I realized that this was absurd. The technical support operator explained that even though I am a physical person. The face! I need to open the legal entity registration tab. Where in the questionnaire are such columns as -position, -UNP, -name of the organization... After calling the technical support service again, I heard again that even though I am Vasya Pupkin retired, I need to go to the legal entity tab, and I need to find out in the tax office how and position. I decided IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE FOR MYSELF.
