I have been visiting the center for a long time. Friendly and attentive attitude of the staff. Modern equipment. They will answer any questions and give recommendations.

There is 1 window open at the reception desk on Monday at 10 a.m. There is no electronic queue. A full waiting room of people consisting of old people who, due to their age, do not remember well who they were in line for, which is why the queue gets lost. Is it really hard to put an electronic queue in 2024?
