We have a very beautiful railway station in Minsk.I take the train to Mosty and back every week. The station building is very clean, warm, and cozy. There are enough shops and kiosks.Buy fruits, snacks for the road, and some souvenirs.Beautifully decorated photo zones for each holiday.Thanks to the staff for taking care of the large indoor plants. They look very decent.There are no queues at the ticket offices.

2. **Accessibility:** Elevators, escalators and ramps are provided for the convenience of passengers, which makes the station accessible to people with disabilities and travelers with heavy luggage.
3. **Transport connection:** The station is located in the city center, near the Lenin Square metro station, bus and trolleybus stops. There is parking for cars.

The railway station is the face of the city. Minsk Railway Station confirms and complies with this. Cleanliness, space, flowers everywhere. There are many cafes, exchange offices (everything for a comfortable stay). Large information boards, convenient exits to the platforms. Lots of escalators+ elevator. The toilets are clean, but they are paid for. The tiles are laid flat near the train station, and there are beautiful flower beds. There are no security checks or metal detectors.This is the only train station I've seen in my conscious 45 years. I definitely recommend both the train station and Minsk itself.

I prefer to use the toilet of the shopping center nearby (towards the bus station) during business hours, it is much cleaner and more comfortable there, and at the same time it is free. In general, a paid toilet, albeit symbolically, is nonsense.

Место, где ощущаешь отпуск😊 Всегда многолюдное, но одно из любимых мест в городе. Вокзал современный, есть все необходимое ( кафе, магазинчики, обмен валют и т.д. ) причем почти все работает круглосуточно. Персонал приветливый, даже когда большая загрузка с покупкой билетов, всегда стараются пойти на встречу.

I liked the free passage (without checks and tapes), there are islands with food and drinks, exchange offices, clear signs.
Of the cons: there still need to be more exchangers - long queues. A paid toilet! It's hard, because with suitcases and bags you have to stand in line at the exchange and only then run to the ladies' room. It's not convenient, it's not thought out at all. I was also disappointed with the quality of baking: bakeries are not a Belarusian specialty)))
