We were passing through Pavlodar and just happened to stop by this institution and as it turned out, it was not in vain. The atmosphere of the cafe takes you back to the Soviet era, like to museums! The dishes are very tasty, the most delicious okroshka I've ever eaten here. The waiting time is not long. The cafe staff is polite and friendly. I recommend it!
