I purchased three products in this store: a bathtub, a Grohe toilet installation and a Lusso hanging toilet. The last one came out with a factory defect. When buying a toilet bowl, I examined only the front part of the product, what you need to thoroughly inspect and look at whether all the seams of the toilet bowl are intact and did not think because I am an expert. I asked the senior managers Pavel and Natalia. I picked up the goods by pickup two weeks later. Upon receipt of the goods in the store, the inspection was not carried out, Senior manager Pavel assured that the goods were stored and there could be no problems with the quality. But during installation, the master found a factory defect! I turned to the store to the senior manager Natalia, to which she politely asked to go up to the second floor, specifying that the client had signed a Memo that we had no complaints about the product. And the fact that they sold defective goods is not recognized. I do not recommend this store. Managers "sing like nightingales" are here to sell, and after the sale, buyers are to blame for everything.

Because of this, there may be delays from the stated date. The store also lacks related materials in stock, such as grout and so on. In general, the range is not bad and for almost any budget.

We bought porcelain stoneware of 150 sq. m., half of the porcelain stoneware turned out to be a different size, although the article is the same, we found it only when laying, the manager feeds breakfast, the issue is not solved, I do not recommend this store, because if some kind of force majeure-you will be left alone with your problem.
