I ordered the cleaning of the sofa, it was washed normally (but there were no stains on it, so it's hard to judge), but the chemistry was not washed off, explaining that it was not necessary (although it says on the Internet that it is necessary to wash off the chemistry). BUT I lowered the rating not because of this, but because we agreed on 11:00, and the cleaning arrived at 12:30! 1.5 hours after the agreed time. At that time they should have finished, but they only started closer to 13:00! Moreover, no one called me and warned me that they would be late, and when I called myself at 11:30, they told me that they would arrive in 20 minutes, as you understand, in 20 No one arrived for a few minutes, but they arrived an hour after the bell rang. This is a terrible, disrespectful attitude towards the client and his time!! If you have force majeure and you are late, then be respectful, call and clarify if the client can receive you later!

Terrible service, distracted during acceptance. The price tag is a horseradish, understand how they form. I handed over 1 jacket and 1 vest. They began to say that they did not carry a guarantee for the vest, it was not quilted, they had an 8000 rpm machine, although I told her that the vest was hand-washed, it was forbidden to use a typewriter. They either don't have a technologist, or they are universal soldiers. Recommendation, look for another chemical cleaning.
