They automatically add 20% gratuity, but don't earn it.
Other than one overworked server, the staff was too busy on their phones to notice that we were waiting to order, or notice that we were waiting for the check. I had to get up and ask for it -- they brought it, but immediately walked away and returned to their phones. So I had to get up again to bring the payment to them. Fine, but mediocre service if they aren't expecting much of a tip, but an insult for a place that charges 20%.

I only had a one-time visit. We took 2 large sets of pulkogi (thin beef, rice, broth, lettuce leaves, kimchi, soy paste, etc.). Fried dumplings and chapche.
The food is delicious. Let's say kimchi. Insular, perfectly fermented. I haven't eaten such a good soy paste in ages either. The meat itself is excellent, there are no questions. The rice is also very good.
One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough lighting upstairs and it is unpleasant. And it's hot.

My review is based on repeated visits to this restaurant. I've been there exactly more than 20 times, since I work with colleagues nearby and often went to their place for lunch.
Spoiled dishes were brought repeatedly: with hair, burnt ingredients, over-salted. There was even a dead cockroach on the table, which the waiter dropped into the food while cleaning. Ventilation works disgustingly and clothes are soaked with the smell of food within 20 minutes of visiting.
There are always "problems" with payment. In order to avoid payment via the terminal and further payment of taxes, they are "strongly asked" to pay by transfer. It already comes to arrogance when a card is brought with the account immediately, to which you need to transfer money. And if you refuse to do this, they silently leave without returning the card and ignoring it until the very end of the visit.
In any case, I recommend it. There are many amazing cafes of Korean cuisine in Tashkent with delicious food and high-quality service. Don't waste your time here.

Everything was fine until we entered the institution where some kind of event is being held. From the far corner, the waiters looked at us, made an X gesture with their hands (like we're not working) and waved their hands away (with a message to leave).

I was a year older than my younger brother, everything was great until by the end of the event I asked the waiter to give me just a mineral water with ice (there were a lot of mineral water, both open and sealed, but already bought for the event), he answers well and starts punching a mineral water with ice, lemon and salt at the checkout.. I barely stopped him before he printed the check and I start saying that I'm also from the event, here's the mineral water on the table, just put ice there and that's it, he replied that he understood everything, they really didn't break new water anymore, later for some reason he asked again if a lemon was needed, I was already annoyed I answer "no, just put ice in the water and that's it", after a while gives mineral water, and salt is also in it.. In the end, I had to explain everything to the bartender who (really!!) I understood everything the first time and gave ice water in 15 seconds. In general, everything was great until the impression was smeared by the waiter
