One of the disadvantages is the lack of necessary spare parts and not always careful attitude to the serviced car (dirt in the cabin, on the upholstery of the seat and the driver's door).

The air conditioner did not work, for two calls to your center, the problem was not solved and 900 rubles were spent on spare parts and assumptions of would-be craftsmen. The master receptionists say different amounts. You don't have any details, misinformation about the time of work. Actually, it's a solid fat minus, not a service center.
