It's a beautiful neighborhood. There are 2 parks nearby. It is located right on the waterfront. Very beautiful. But it's windy. Convenient transport interchange. The prices in the shops around are only higher than in a quarter. The houses are very warm. Playgrounds for children in front of each house. The garbage chute in the houses, the elevator is free.

The neighborhood is good for everyone. It is located on the embankment of the Ishim River. Nearby there are green, well-equipped parks, various establishments in large numbers.
