I do not recommend these would-be masters to anyone. The other day I gave them the phone for repair to replace the charging connector and asked them to clean, if possible, the stuck (this is a constant drawback for my phone model, metal keys often stick) sound keys. The connector was replaced by Master Roman, but he broke the add sound key, and decided that the best tactic was not to admit it. It might have worked if I'd never seen it cleaned. This is done by disassembling the phone, removing the button board with a loop, removing the button itself and wiping it with alcohol. Roman admitted that the button did not work because of a damaged cable, which, by the way, was fixed before it got into his hands. As a result, he refused to correct his mistake, arguing that he had no idea if it worked at all before the repair, and advised him to take the phone to another repair, not forgetting to pay him for the miracle work. I may be wrong, but in my understanding, the repair, after which the phone needs another, more expensive repair, is a poor provision of service center services.
