I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 8GB/256GB smartphone with NFC international version (midnight black), indicated payment by card upon receipt. Soon the seller called back and asked to pay for the purchase in cash, well, OK, I went and took off my wallet. The courier arrived and gave the phone, he didn't have any change, so I had to look for money at a fast pace. In the confusion, I forgot to ask about the receipt, and the courier had already left, leaving only the warranty card. When unpacking the phone, I found that the charging plug was not for our sockets (as they later explained to me, the courier had to give me an adapter). I call the seller and the courier, no one picks up the phone, I call the number in the warranty, I can hear in the handset that such a number does not exist. I went to the official website and was able to get through anyway. They told me that the receipt and the charging adapter would be delivered later, they brought it in a couple of hours, but I had to go outside myself to get them. As a result, turning on the phone, I noticed an unpleasant feature, it turned out to be without NFC, which was later confirmed by their "specialist", although you do not need to be any "specialist" for this. And then the interesting thing began, they did not react to the request to settle the issue quickly, they say that they are about to, but they themselves are silent, do not call or write until you dial it yourself, they cannot quickly find a replacement phone, and they can only return the money for it within 7 days, although they are ready to pick up the phone at least right now, and I just have to leave Filkin's letter that he was taken away, that is, I find myself without money and without a phone for 7 days. This is just an absurdly terrible situation and I really regret that I got involved with this unfortunate online store!

It's not the first time I've shopped in this store, everything was fine. In early February, I ordered a Poco F5 12/256 mobile phone. During further operation, a couple of days after purchase, a bulge was noticed under the screen (touchscreen). I turned to the seller, they said to take me to the service center at Myasnikov 78-65. The phone stayed there for about a month. The answer of the service center is that this is not a factory defect and it does not affect the work, contact the seller! There is no approach to the client! The last time I shopped at this online store!

I ordered a screwdriver as a gift. The recipient opened the case, saw that the clamping chuck was too small for him (they took it for an ice drill). I wanted to return the product, but the store did not respond either in Viber or by mail, which is indicated on the website for communication. Just ignore it. I wrote on the 3rd, there are no messages on the website that the store is closed these days, therefore it is working. There were no questions about the delivery, for which 2 stars. And minus three for being too lazy to answer any questions after the sale.
